My experience with Namaste India Trip was absolutely incredible!
From the moment we started planning, Teena was attentive, knowledgeable, and tailored the trip perfectly to my budget and interests.
She planned a trip as an all inclusive packet ( Airport pick up , Car / Driver from Dehli to Agra , Jaipur , Rathambore and back to Dehli ( also guided tours)
Every transfer and hotel booking was seamless. My Driver Om was fantastic , professionell and very friendly.
Throughout the trip the office staff contacted me daily to find out if everything was okay and if I needed anything. I felt safe and secure and I didn't worry for a second.

Wonderful experience with Namaste India, flights, hotels and taxi was organised. Drivers and cars were prefect, arrived on time and got us to destinations on time. We were kept regularly updated throughout the trip and received regular calls about any issues. I highly recommend Namaste India, especially if you are in a group. I will be using there service going forward.

Driver charged around 20% of the total cost as extra charge claiming that he was not informed about the dropping point.

A Beautifully Organised Spiritual Journey Across South India

Our recent South India trip with Namaste India Tour Operators was not just a holiday — it was a deeply fulfilling spiritual journey that we will cherish for a long time.

Visiting ancient temples such as Palani, Madurai Meenakshi, Thiruppullani, Rameswaram, Srirangam, Trichy and Thanjavur, many of them standing strong for over a thousand years, was a humbling and emotional experience. Each temple carried its own history, energy and sense of peace, and the entire journey allowed us to slow down, reflect, and truly immerse ourselves in India’s rich spiritual and cultural heritage.

A heartfelt thank you to Shanti and her colleagues, who took exceptional care of us throughout the trip. They understood the importance of this journey to us and planned everything with great thoughtfulness, patience and attention to detail. Their constant support made the experience smooth, comfortable and completely stress-free.

All the hotels and accommodations arranged were excellent — comfortable, well-located and ideal for rest after long days of travel and temple visits.
A special mention must go to our driver, Vinayak, who was outstanding. He was calm, respectful, punctual and extremely professional throughout. The car was excellent, very clean and well maintained, making long drives pleasant and safe.

This trip left us feeling blessed, refreshed and deeply grateful. We have returned with beautiful memories and are already planning our next trip, which we will most certainly be organising again with Namaste India Tour Operators.

The tour they had planned was perfect. We enjoyed the stay in wonderful hotels especially the one in Jaipur. The driver was very good, knew exactly what he was doing. They had chosen good guides, the one in Agra was wonderful knew a lot and answered our question with interesting additional information. We would choose Namaste India Trip anytime again.

Very well organized trip! Everything went very smoothly. We visited Agra and Jaipur, the driver picked us up from Delhi. The hotels were wonderful and our driver and guides were always punctual and knowledgeable. They were also very polite and respected when we needed to take things slow and adjust the itinerary. I would highly recommend for anyone planning the Golden triangle trip!

First time to Delhi nervous with mixed feelings but Mr.Manoj from Namaste tour and travel make us feel more comfortable. Such a humble and responsibility person. Fully recommend these agencies as Ms.Shanti was super fast too in responding whatever your question.

I wouldn't know how to rate happiness in this trip. Being a spiritual trip what I definitely wanted to have was - peace of mind. Paid a lot of money and travelled from a different country and our expectations were actually bare minimum.

Let me start with what was horrible.
The driver was horrible.
He was a few things - He was a casteist and a male chauvinist, he was clearly not happy that we were a bunch of South Indian women travelling on our own. He kept sighing and sulking when we were communicating amongst us or when we were laughing. I felt that was his first unhappiness through the conversations and reactions that he gave us throughout the trip. As the trip progressed he got worst in character. He dropped us at far away places and made us walk on purpose. He didn't like waiting for us when we needed to get things done, he was rude and he kept getting upset about the fact that we listened to music. It was a 8-12 hour rides everyday, what's the problem with music but the problem was clearly tamil music. Please start segregation on drivers who can't drive south Indians around. This is a huge problem. He purposely drove at 50km/hr on the last day back to Delhi from Rishikesh on a straight road so that we would have very little time to do shopping (and he achieved his goal!) while he drove like a crazy mad man on all the windy roads near kedarnath and badrinath - not even stopping for toilets and pharmacies when we desperately needed those.
Next would be the whole itinerary and planning we were super tired because the planning and communication between the driver and the tour agency was not tele. We wasted a lot of time and energy. On the first day the driver was waiting for us at the airport and arrived 2 hours later at the hotel, because the agency did not inform the driver that we already arrived the night before and checked in.
Thirdly would be the hotels, we could've stayed in better hotels with better food and options.
Fourth we could have gotten better support in terms of our hike and we were stressed till the last minute. We are not Indians so we need a different kind of support which is more detailed and suited to Malaysians. When we asked the driver for help, he started bursting out in Hindi because he was not keen on helping.
Fifth would the fact that we paid some godly amount to see god. The pundits there cheated us and took our money. We were told one amount, and then the pundit asked for so much more money up there. They were recommended by this tour agency but that took so much from us at the top at kedarnath, being desperate and being up there we had to pay nevertheless. So the whole experience I rate it mediocre.
If you ask me if I would do it this way again. I wouldn't.
What made my trip good was the company and the spiritual places.
