This is the second and last purchase.
This is the second time buying from here. My first order, I had a broken water pipe in my order and while they did reply quickly and send a new one the next day, the replacement pipe had a crack in it. For this order I got 10 pipes. 7 of them are salvageable, but three have cracks all down them. And out of the 7 I might be able to make art out of, some of them have smaller cracks in them and some even look used (brown and dirty inside). I emailed them and no reply. Definitely going to be looking for a different supplier.

Good products but a farse from the beginning to the end...
This was my first time ordering, the prices and quality are great. My issues were the quoted price showed £102 but after entering card details this had somehow charged doubled and company were not able to offer assistance, after counting supplies there was 1 or 2 of some items missing and the delivery company sent my parcel elsewhere and left a note to say I could collect it after 6 but the store was not open an could not get in touch with anyone about it. I collected parcel 2 days later all good.
