Ordered a PAX II vaporizer

Ordered a PAX II vaporizer.
1 week later still got no updates. Sent an email to follow up and they replied me with a wrong email for another customer’s purchase.
Sent another 3 chaser email for the past 3 days. No reply. Tried calling and left a voice mail. No reply.
I ended up have to call my bank and dispute this purchase which is so much of a hassle.

Don’t trust this company and take your business else where

Borderline scam.

Bought a $400 vaporizer that never shipped after 6 days of waiting. I contacted them asking what the issue was and they told me it was out of stock and that they weren't going to inform me it was out of stock so that I might purchase it from another company who has it in stock, but rather wait an unknown amount of time for a restock on the product and ship it to me then. There are many online store front providers who can accurately provide stock number on products, there is no excuse for customers to purchase items out of stock, and absolutely no reason to not inform a customer if they purchased an item you can't provide. I expect better customer service on a $10 item, and I paid $400.

The best of the best

The best of the best! I ordered a firefly battery they had the cheapest shipping out of everyone e else, the battery I got was defective and It was immediately replaced by namaste vape. Definitely gonna buy the firefly 2 of them

Slow order dispatch. Bad customer service.

This place has the slowest order dispatch I've ever experienced. No notification on the site about the slow turnaround times. Still hasn't shipped and it's been ten days since the purchase. Customer service has been unresponsive to my emails.

Do yourself a favor and do not buy from…

Do yourself a favor and do not buy from these folks. They sent me the wrong item, I've sent back the mistaks they made and now they tell me the can't send me what I ordered and have not given me proof they have refunded my money. Very bad customer service and bordering on scam

Pretty good store i have not had any problems

This is my 2nd time ordering from Namaste Vapes Canada, my first time i got the pax 3 in dec of 2017 came fast no problems from flordia tho but they rushed it with fedex overnight. and now i just bought a solo 2 for $140 on cyber monday!! this time it cames from BC took 5 days with canada post. so far have not had ANY problems with them.

Ordered a vaporizer a few weeks back. Recieved it in 4 business days. Product was exactly as described. I see they are expanding their brands/items now too👍

no customer service whatsoever

It seems Namaste Vapes is effectively offering no customer service whatsoever. My email from several weeks ago has gone unanswered. Same for my follow up of more than three weeks ago. I returned my product two weeks ago via registered mail but have received no refund or correspondence. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Got my Parcel shipped a day after I…

Got my Parcel shipped a day after I ordered it. Got it expedited and it arrived less than a week after it shipped. I got the Pax 3 that was completely sealed. It had a void sticker thingy that I had to pull off to open it. Device works well and is in good order. I will be buying from them again in the future.

Never ever order here

Never ever order here. I wish I had read these reviews before I've ordered. I ordered a vape one month ago and I never get it. I called the delievery guys and they told me that they don't have an item with that scan number and I should contact Namaste. I sent an Email and called multiple times but no freaking respond.
I hope this will help somebody.

I ordered a crafty wear and tear set…

I ordered a crafty wear and tear set (50$) they shipped it without my door number so the package was send back. So I wrote an email telling them, they asked my to pay for an other shipping 9.95, so I did even if it wasn’t my fault. And I waited for them to ship it back, they never did, told me they are waiting for the package to comeback, the package was already back at the post office. They are so amateur I cannot believe that people like this can be in business for more than 2 weeks it’s unbelievable !!! 1 star and you don’t even deserve it !

I placed an order and waited and waited. Sent numerous emails to inquire about order. None were answered but they were received and read according to woman that I finally reached there by phone (let it ring at least 20x). They took my money for a product that they did not have in stock and then ignored my attempts to reach them. They did agree to a refund. Caveat emptor,

Ordered a firefly 2 which was DOA and they offered to provide a new unit. I have been waiting over a month with no update and they keep saying they are working on it. Save your time and energy and order through another company.

Amazing customer service! 🎉

Amazing customer service! I purchased a black mamba vape through my LP Aurora Cannabis. About 6months in it started to malfunction. I contacted Namaste Vapes with my issue and they had a brand new one delivered to my door in LESS than 24 hours!!

Wrong item shipped waiting for an RMA# and full refund.

I ordered a specific color product and they sent a similar color but not the one I ordered. The order receipt was for the correct product but the shipping receipt was for a different product.

What I wanted was for them to replace my puchase with the item I ordered or credit the full amount.

Update:
I recived a voicemail and called back. The person I talked to is working to resolve this issue. We have agreed to a full refund. 🙏🏻

Ordered a Boundless CFX

Ordered a Boundless CFX. It quit after less than 2 months use. Emailed them and was assured that the warranty would take care of everything. That was at the beginnning of September. It is now near the end of October. After numerous emails apologizing for the inconvenience, they emailed me to say that there was nothing wrong with it. Problem was that it turned on just fine but when it reached the temperature set, it turned itself off. Recharging didn't work. My last response from them was that this is normal for these vapes
and they would send the unit back to me or restock it and send me a partial refund. I opted for the refund. It has never happened and seems it's unlikely to. Avoid these guys like the plague. Or just send them money and get nothing in return. Customer service is a foreign concept to this company.
