Ordered Sony TV remote. Arrived timely. Remote works as advertised.

I ordered a Dust Bin For i-Robot Roomba 692 and got wrong Bin. Don't know why pic and part # of items shipped correct and had Model 692 on shipping label at bottom. I was told by Michell to return it for $29.00 full refund to my account, It would cost me $6.90 to send back. She sent me a return label on July8,2024 and I was given credit for wrong part that day. Tracking # said they would not get until Friday July 12,2024. I was not expecting credit until then. They did the right thing as this was no fault of mine. Bud Bedgood

I ordered the brush cage module for my rumba vacuum. Not only did I receive what I ordered in a timely manner, it also included a set of brushes; exceeding my expectations.

I ordered a remote for an older Magnovox DVD unit based on the model of the remote. They sent me a universal remote instead of the one I ordered which was specific for the TV. I tried calling over weeks during the hours of operation for assistence, and send an email to their email address listed for customer support and heard nothing back. I have initiated a return, but question if this company will credit my account back.

Buyers beware. Name brands direct is a scam. I ordered a Westinghouse remote that did not work. I sent a email that was listed but never got a response. I contacted my bank for them to investigate my claim. I was refunded my money. I just got a screwdriver and pried open the remote and guess what. It was just a shell with nothing inside. Please do not order from this website. It’s a SCAM!!!!

ordered an audio cable for bose headset, company sent fake tracking and never arrived. thank god i used paypal. paypal issued me a refund. Update, cable showed up 3 days later. Cable only has 1 channel so is basically worthless

The batteries are 3 times more than the other sites. I thought the parts were genuine manufacturer's parts.
Unfortunately, they are cheap and low-quality substitutes. I tried on one of the batteries. The charge lasted 3 days with 57 minutes of phone calls.

Replacement remote control arrived quickly and worked on my TV exactly as promised. Highly recommend.

I ordered an obscure Philips remote for an older model on Good Friday afternoon and the order got filled that evening and shipped from California the Monday after Easter and arrived in Michigan on Friday 4 days later with tracking updates daily from USPS. Remote was perfect was programmed already so very pleased with the service I got on my order.

Purchased a remote control that doesnot work. Called twice will not accept message, directed to e-mail concern to web site that is not answered. No customer service, avoid like the plague or covid!!! They suck.

Purchased a cell phone battery as I wanted to get pictures off an old phone that is slated to be traded in. The battery arrived so I put it in the phone and plugged in the charger. Checked the next morning, it's not charging. And again the morning after. 3 days pass it's not charging I email the company to ask for a replacement for the DUD product they sent. Customer service (who clearly didn't read) said to charge it overnight, well Hello we already did that 3 - 4 days and if it's still not charging.

Do not buy from them, their product doesn't work and you will encounter difficulty getting a replacement or refund.

Ordered 2 batteries. 1 worked but the other one didn’t. Customer was very professional and refunded the money for the one battery. Told me to properly dispose of the bad battery. I ordered another battery from them and lt arrived quickly. It works great. I had a very good experience with them and would use them again.

I have recently made two purchases 2 phone handsets order arrived immediately as advertised my second order had a fulfillment issue. Which upon my notifying customer service was handled efficienty within minutes of there receiving my e-mail. LONG STORY SHORT product fulfillment and level of customer service one of the best I have experinced in a while

On 3/6/22, I purchased a Panasonic handset to replace mine that Ive had for over 15yrs. It looked identical on the website to mine. When I rcvd it on 3/11, it was identical but it fit tighter in the base than my old one. I placed it in the base to charge all night & it didnt charge. I sent an email explaining the problem & asked if they had a base for the handset for sale and Paypal texted me the next day saying, they had completed the full refund and it would be in my bank in 2 days. Ive NEVER HAD SUCH A QUICK RESPONSE, & to my benefit. They got HORRIBLE Reviews but they were quick to get Paypal to give me a refund !

Like the other similar reviews, DO NOT buy from this company--they don't sell what they advertise! Rather than receive the remote you intentionally ordered, all they ship you is a universal remote.

This is where I tell you that Namebranddirect is a bunch of bait and switch, lying, false advertising, scumbags. I ordered a specific model replacement television remote, it's described and pictured as the actual television replacement remote. But after waiting an extra week for late delivery what I get is a trash universal remote. That I paid a measly $20 for, but one I could have gotten at a store down the road for half the price. Never buy from them, they are lying thieves.

I just ordered a remote but for some reason they sending me the wrong one. I emailed them soon as I received the order number NO response I tried calling (which it says 7am-3pm) couldn’t get through at all so I emailed them again NO response then they come sending me a email saying they still sending the WRONG product so unprofessional smh I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again
