Wonderful experience with Sam D. Thank you so much for the support

I’ve been hosting with NameHero for about 7 years now as an agency owner, and they’ve been consistently reliable the entire time. I manage multiple websites for clients, so uptime and fast support really matter to me. Thankfully, I rarely run into issues.

Today one of my WordPress sites unexpectedly went down, so I submitted a support ticket. Sam D picked it up quickly and got right to work. It turned out the issue was actually on my end :) A missing file from one of my WordPress plugins. Instead of just pointing it out and leaving it there, Sam edited the wp-config file and had the site back up almost immediately.

That’s the kind of support that keeps me loyal. Quick response, knowledgeable troubleshooting, and a willingness to go the extra mile. After 7 years, I can confidently say NameHero has been a solid partner for my agency.

Absolutely terrible hosting. Their websites run ridiculously slow. Their support does things to your site, even after you tell them they don't have permission to do it. They install things on your site they don't have permission to install. Literally any other hosting company is better.

Sam D from support flagged up an issue with a database table in phpMyAdmin that prevented backup. He was quickly onto it to repair it and resume the backup. Top marks once again for Name Hero, not just reactive to support requests but proactive to issues that they discover. Fabulous hosting and a fabulous team. And special thanks to Sam D.

I found NameHero by looking for Minecraft server hosting options and I was impressed by their customer service. Natalia answered all my questions about the service and helped me select the right option for me, and Abhilash helped me set up my server and upload my Minecraft world. I was struggling all day with Microsoft support as I initially tried to get a server through them, and it was a very frustrating experience. It felt great getting instant, useful help with Natalia and Abhilash!

I came with an Issue that was solved in no time

The service from Sam D was great - response time was quick and issue was resolved.

I was trying to tweak settings like Render/Simulation distances, Difficulty, World type etc on a MineCraft server. I had only ever used minehut before, which had long startup times and was pricey, but to be honest the interface for changing the settings I inquired on was pretty simple and easy to navigate. However, on namehero navigating these settings is a lot more tedious. Once you figure it out, it's easy, but just a thought you guys could make it easier to change these generic settings with a tab that has these settings quickly/easily accessible.

Sam D. was very helpful. He fixed LSCWP path for object cache initialization and suggested something simple that should have been suggested a lot earlier: change your password. Granted, given all of the comments and interference I was getting from spammers, I should have realized that myself.

Anyway, after changing my password and evicting excess "users", I have had no more problems.
