I absolutely love Name Hero's hosting. The cost is reasonable, but the valuable part is the unseen service the hosting includes. Yes, you get super fast American based hosting, but more importantly you also get help from people like Sam D and the other members of the customer service team. They are all quick to answer questions; professionally and politely. I am a small business owner. I taught myself how to set up my websites. There were a few areas in the setup process that I did not understand and that I could not find the answer to. Every time I placed a help ticket I immediately got an easy to understand set of directions to follow or they simply fixed the problem. I will forever be in their debt.
