I had a great experience moving from a previous web host to NameHero. Sam D was amazing at helping with some of the issues that came about with the migration. Now, all of my sites are fast and the uptime is so much more reliable.

I had a great experience with the person who helped me set up my Minecraft server. From the start, they were patient, knowledgeable, and really easy to communicate with. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed trying to figure everything out on my own, but they walked me through each step clearly and made the whole process much less stressful.

They didn’t just rush through the setup — they took the time to explain what they were doing and why, which helped me understand how to manage the server going forward. Whenever I had questions, they answered quickly and made sure I was comfortable before moving on. Their troubleshooting skills were especially impressive, as they were able to fix issues I didn’t even realize were causing problems.
