Bad process, no support
Their digital process doesnt allow my passport Information, but told me so just after I paid. Multiple support requests were not answered. When I called the support team and asked for English support, they hung up on me. My money seems to be burned and I am belated in my own project. Worst digital service supplier I have ever “worked with”.

takes a hour and many restarts, for a 25 euro paid service. service has to be finished max. after 5 minutes, from my point of view. maybe italian caller with a setup in italian language get quicker access ?! my setup was english ! what needs to say more, see you next year again ;-()
