- I dislike that regardless that I only extended my account with you for a digital signature, I still had to go to all the process of registration, account, video verification, passwords, pin numbers and even new stick which I bet is the same with the old one I already had. I already had all of those so beats me why needed to do all again. All those meant additional costs for me, which I believe is the mai reason to not just extend the deal like you did last time.
- After going through all the process, the system recorded wrong my phone number and I could not get the password that help me open the doc with the pin number. I contacted the help service and they said is all ok on your side and I should contact the phone service provider. I contacted them too and they said that there are no blockages on my phone number that could keep me from receiving SMS. Finally I raised a ticket to Namiral and they admitted that the phone number on your system was wrong. Once corrected all was good. All took about a week.

It was faster for me to go and sign some documents in person for the urban planning office than to sign them using the Namirial electronic signature. I still can’t find the username or figure out how to activate the eToken.
