Mediocre
1. The delivery was not within the advertised timeframe.
2. It is not mentioned (or there is a very fine print) that the furniture comes in pieces.
3. Assembly instructions are very vague and items are not coded (e.g. screws that look the same, but have minor differences, so you have to measure and see which ones you need to use). Ikea and Jysk have much better assembly instructions.
4. The furniture is poorly made - doors don't close properly even after much adjustment. The shelves are flimsy and don't have a secure finish.

Ver bad furniture
The furniture delivered was of extremely poor quality and without sufficient assembly instructions. We had to take it to a carpenter for finishing. We kept it only because of the design that suited us.
