My present to myself was so perfect and amazing and fits so perfectly with my home..i love it so much...it came quickly in the mail and was more than i expected it to be! Thank you and i recommend these sellers any day of the week!

I bought the blue one. The colors are vibrant. The size runs true to what I wear. The purchase process was quick and easy. I would definitely purchase again.

I purchased the Dalmatian Sitting near old man T-Shirt and treated it as I do all my silk screened T-Shirts. I washed it in cold water, inside out, in a mesh bag. Upon taking it out of the mesh bag and turning it outside in to hang up to dry (I never put them in the dryer) the silk screen was stuck together slightly in one spot and the shirt was covered in white flakes and the silk screen was gone in places especially on the word "Dalmation". I'm not happy with the quality of the shirt and would never recommend purchasing a NANAA shirt. Their response to this problem was, "I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Our system record shows that you have placed an order on June 5, 2021. According to our policies, the claimed time for this order has passed. At this time we are unable to provide any compensation for this item. " The shirt was worn and washed one time.

ordered a shirt and tried to changed sizes within an hour of placing order and was told it was in production.
i refused the shipment because of their attitude, customer service sucks big time. Buyer beware!

DO not order from them if there is a problem they is NOONE to talk to, emails from them make no sense

I ordered two shirts and just go one. They apologize. And sent the second one.

The shirts are beautiful! Very soft and comfortable. Took a little longer than expected to arrive, but well worth the wait.

I belong to the Moose Lodge and I got the patriotic moose decal. Five of my friends also ordered it. Were wearing them to our Moose Convention! Just love them! To my grandkids I'm "NANA". So why not order from a place called "Nanaastore"!

There is no place to talk to someone about exchanging the item or returning it. This is a scam. Will never buy from this company again and am out my money for a plastics phone cover. I will contact the BBB

Love the T-shirts.just as described,colors are bright and georgous.just washed them yesterday and ca t wait to start wearing them.Arrived in a timely manner considering the virus and mail.Defenitly recommend.

Never again. I’ve sent five emails looking for my order. It’s been in “production” for a month. The most interesting response to my inquiry said my order was due to ship on 4/5/21. Funny, my email was sent and answered on 4/20/21. I tried to cancel my order but cannot because it’s “in production”. Beware. Don’t fall for a fancy website.

Bought a shirt in a larger size than I usually wear and it was too small, unable to return it so will not be buying anything from them in the near future.

The shirt that I ordered for my lady came quickly and she was thrilled when she opened the package.

I ordered the NaNa cell phone case. It showed rhinestone & glitter but after I placed the order it said that was not included. But I still like my case, not quite worth $30 bucks but hey NaNa what she call me

I am elderly and have been hesitant to make purchases online. However, due to the pandemic I had to learn to make purchases online. My fear was that I would make mistakes I could not correct given the various sites have different instructions.

I have a Lutino Quaker Parrot, but I could not locate a site which had Lutino Parrot items. I sent a message stating I would become a customer if Lutino items were available.

I received a message in return that stated I could order personalized items. The offer sounded too good to be true, but I decided to take a risk to purchase one item.

Alas, Julie contacted me. She said the personalized purchases would take some time, and asked me if I would be willing wait. I said that I would. In brief, Julie responded to all of questions and walked me through the ordering process.

I sent a photograph of my sassy Quaker. I was given two options for my Quaker appearing on an iPhone 11 Otterbox. I wanted to be absolutely certain the Otterboxes were compatible with the Belkin charger I use, before I bought them. Nanaastore Otterboxes are compatible and an explanation was provided.

When I went to purchase both Otterboxes, other personalized products with my Quaker’s photograph were displayed. Needless to say, I bought long sleeved T-shirts and hoodies in several colors, coffee mugs, ... .

In the future, if Nanaastore chooses to create greeting cards, I want to be notified immediately. I love one stop shopping with a provider I trust!

As for Julie, she is one spectacular customer service representative!

I ordered a phone case.the service was excellent.

Excellent product awesome time of delivery was delivered as promised!

I ordered the wrong color and size for hummingbird leggings. 2 minutes later, I text the company to cancel order. The next day they replied it was to late. Really!! In 2 minutes it was shipped!! It took a few weeks for it to arrive. I text again and said it's still the wrong color and size. They want me to pay for shipping to send $30.00 plus, leggings back. All they had to do was change order before sending it out. Never again!! Buyer beware!!
