Worst experience
Worst experience ever,
I had booked flight using skyscanner then Nanak flight - I chose economy classand then seat got booked for Basic economy with no bags bcoz of their portal - imagine the kind of service and the portal.
Its good that I cross verified and raised an error to the team and ask for my cancellation within an half hr else i would have been in trouble.
Imagin going home/ Vacation with no bags

Please send us your new details with flight time changes; FYI, this is all the Airline's responsibility. When they change flight time, they must offer acceptable alternate flights… Anyway, we ask you to send us your booking details, and we will deal with them on your behalf to get better alternate flights.
