I've ordered a few items from here and never been disappointed. I've ordered online and in store. So a run down of both.

Website: Very user friendly, a whole selection of choices which have been categorised into gift ideas that I'd never have thought of. Easy check out. Email to say items were ready.

In Store: Very clean shop, customer service is lovely. They've got a range of items out so you can see the quality of what you're getting, and be inspired by some of their designs. Very helpful and patient for people struggling to make up their mind. You get a text and email when ready to collect.

All in all, I love this business. They're an amazing addition to a small town.

I ordered a school board from nana print and I couldn’t be more happier, arrived quickly via post and was very well packaged. The quality was brilliant, I will definitely be using them again.

I was looking for a remembrance candle for a friend I knew what I wanted but just couldn’t quite find it with Steve’s suggestion to visit the kiosk and Janet’s help I managed to find what I was looking for. I purchased a wooden tea light holder and Steve went above and beyond and engraved it for me on the same day so I could gift it to my friend straight away. This is not my first visit to Nana’s and it definitely will not be my last there really is something for everyone and every occasion. Thank you Janet & Steve for all your help today it was greatly appreciated and my friend loved her gift too xx

I bought a personalised cheese board as a wedding gift I was very pleased with it and so were the happy couple it was very quick and fantastic customer service I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Very sadly we needed to order a couple of remembrance plaques after losing two of our beloved rats in quick succession. There was an error on the first plaque we received but once I had contacted Nana Print about it they corrected it straightaway and rushed out a replacement for us. Steve also contacted me when I placed the second order we needed to check the wording so that it was identical to our first order which I was so pleased about, otherwise our second boy wouldn't have had any kisses on his plaque! The plaques are a lovely way to remember a much loved furry family member and we will be using them again in the future.
