Working with Nancy and her team (Jen) for the 21 day Midlife Muscle Makeover was just what I needed to get motivated again. They reminded me how important it is to plan and meal prep which allowed me to “grab and go” instead of eating something less nutritious. Her explanations for exercises and form were easy to understand and follow. While I don’t work out in a traditional gym, I use her videos for form and technique whenever I can. It was a great experience and look forward to continuing on with what I learned from them.

I completed the 21 day program and feel the program had lots of variety in workouts and techniques. The meal plan was very structured and had to be followed exactly to see results. Like every program you have to be accountable and consistent to see results.
Nancy’s program provides exactly what women in midlife need to regain control over their nutrition and workouts. At the same time, the program also helps with changing your mindset.
Very soon into following the meal plan, which is very easy to follow and provides easy recipes and grocery lists, my energy level increased. Another great feature is the video instruction provided with Nancy herself showing the correct form to use.

Just completed 21 days MMM. Nancy is amazing. Lots of knowledge and information passed on. Very professional and excellent communicator geared towards over 40 ladies. This is a great introduction to her programs and experience to what they are like.
I have enjoyed this experience because it was easy to follow and the support has been 100%. The recipes are easy to follow and the workout are described step by step. And she focuses on menopause - the only true one out there that I found isn’t fake.
Overall structure with workouts and nutrition taking the question out of it was key. Exercises that I’ve done for years, but with new techniques/tweaks provided by Nancy made all the difference in the world. Felt like my workouts were much more effective, not wasting time in the gym. Loved the workouts not requiring gym equipment for days that I would rather workout at home. Enough to eat even on the restricted calorie period. Worried about increasing calories to get to maintenance on my own?? Nancy and staff were supportive, helpful and very informative. Can’t go wrong with her programs.
Just completed Nancy’s 21 day program and feel like I am definitely more educated on nutrition and weight lifting. I have been working out on my own and loved how she would explain proper form and she used weight machines in ways I hadn’t in the past. The nutrition plan was great as well! I lost 5 pounds and feel less bloated. I’ll definitely be carrying the things I learned from her and her team forward in my life!
