Don't buy anything, it is a scam!

I bought a bench/rack for the entrance of the house that should arrive in 1-8 days. After one month, I don't know anything about my furniture. I tried to contact them by email and by WhatsApp and I don't get any answer. I want to get my money back

Very bad customer service

I ordered a table three months ago, and I never got it. Now they don't even answer to my emails. GLS says that they have not got the parcel yet, even though Nancy HomeStore said that they had sent it "third time" on 22.11.2021. I have asked my money back many times and a few days ago I contacted European Consumer Center, because this is not going anywhere, nobody is answering me anymore and I am not getting my money back. Nancy HomeStore has very bad customer service, and I'll never order anything from this company again. I hope no one else does either. Maybe someday I will see my 120€ again.

Ordered a sink cabinet on 8th September…

Ordered a sink cabinet on 8th September 2021 and received it on 17th, so you could say it came fairly quickly and for that they would deserve five stars. But I have to take away one star for unresponsiveness.

A few days the order stayed in the state "Processing" and I wrote them to ask if there was something delaying the process because our bathroom renovation was in halt because of the lacking cabinet. I didn't receive any answer but the next day I got an email that the cabinet had been sent.
But in the email there was no mention about the carrier, only a tracking number which didn't return anything on any of the carriers they mention in their "Order and delivery" -terms.
But lo and behold on Friday (17th) I got email from post office saying the cabinet had arrived! Then after I already had collected the package I got an email from PayPal with the tracking number and the carrier!!! Why from PayPal? Don't understand why they didn't reply my email with the data when I asked them.

Well, all in all, I give them four stars for the quick delivery even though their customer service sucks.

Great product, but avoid ordering via CDON.dk

For residents in Denmark:

All I can say is: Do not order from Nancys via CDON.dk !!!

The item I ordered was supposed to be delivered within 3 working days. Problem was, it ended up being delivered 300 km away from my address, apparently. And without any information from PostNord.

Then followed three weeks of trying to get Nancy to send me a new parcel. I don't care what went wrong, and frankly I don't think I should have to wait for you to figure it out. I just want what I payed for.

Finally it has arrived, but with much hassle and frustration. I ended up having to dig up their phone number and call them, since CDON dosen't provide much information let alone any help at all. In short, I can not recommend CDON.dk

I do not know if service would have been better, had I ordered directly from Nancys. I simply did not know that that was a possibility until I had to start digging for information, and found their own webside.

Anyway, thank you Nancys for finally agreeing to send me a new parcel. The product arrived in great condition and okay quality. It is exactly as portrayed in the pictures!

Disappointing products and rude customer service

I have bought two bookshelves which on their website are pictured together in a combination where height and color fit. Then, when I received the bookshelves and got them assembled, they were not the same height, color or surface structure, despite the fact that the specifications on the website said exactly the same dimensions. I approached customer service and they confirmed that it is not possible to get shelves that fit together, and suggest a compensation of 10%. In the meanwhile I found the cost of painting, as I will try to correct the color difference, and therefore suggested that we cover 50/50 of that cost. They accepted, BUT only of the cheapest bookcase - thereby the compensation is actually less than 10% of the total purchase. Ther way they communicate and also the suggestion of a compensation close to nothing, is very rude when it is clearly NancyHomestore who provides erroneous information about their products. I will never use this store again - worst part is, that you cannot trust the information on their website, and in case of an error, it’s your own problem and you do not get a real compensation.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, and still nothing...

First guy I spoke to on the phone was rude, unhelpful, and basically said: we delivered to one of your neighbours, but we don't know which one... Can you jist check with all of them..??

I have an email of that response...

The 2 ladies I've spoken to since were both very polite, and tried to be helpful.
But still nothing...

Worst service I ever received from a…

Worst service I ever received from a company. First, they send the desk in pieces, a week apart. Then when I do the assembly, several components are missing. Also, the holes and the dimensions do not correspond. Then I have to wait to get my money back. Terrible service

wanted to wait but......

i ordered two desks of this store, they were delayed and then when i asked for a date for when they would come. they just refunded them, even though i specified not to. then when i wanted to try again to buy the desk, it ended up to be sold out. so its more like they refunded my desk because they could get it to someone and not waist the desk which i ordered. it sounds like this store is run of people who don't know what they are doing.

EXTREMELY fast shipping

EXTREMELY fast shipping! Delivered all furniture without any scratches, perfect condition. Much happier with Nancy Store than the other distributors that I ordered furniture from. Definitely will shop with them again.

Great product

Great product, easy to ensamble vit good numbering and easy to understand. All screws had an extra so if you loose one you still have enough. Dont loose 2 though.
