I bought 5 items from this cowboy operators - NancyLondon.com (NOT NancyLondon.co.uk) and not only were the items of absolutely appalling quality - so bad that 2 items have already had main seams starting to fall apart, their sizes are grossly out of kilter. Their operations are borderline illegal as they refuse to accept the return and issue full refund within the statutory legal time period, and they have no physical address on their website so you have no way to return any item to them unless they co-operate which they have not. Total scammers and AVOID at all cost !

The worst company for online shopping and the worst experience ever I have had. Poor quality. Awful customer service. Unethical.
Don't buy anything, you will regret it!

On eventual arrival, items ordered were of poor quality or indeed not as material described plus sizing ridiculously small for UK market.
Having requested a full refund, I was directed to the Refunds policy where it does state that Sale items can only be exchanged.
The fact the items Sale or otherwise did not match the description or sizing requirements, means they do not meet the required UK standards of selling.
Avoid at all costs or, like me. you'll be £60 lighter in your wallet with unwearable garments!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. They appear to be "piggy-backing" the reputation of a perfectly legitimate business in the UK (NancyLondon.co.uk). They also appear to be based in Hong Kong rather than London as the website would suggest. The item I purchased was made with truly awful material but, most importantly, misrepresented on the website and absurdly small. I ordered a shirt in size L that wouldn't fit a child let alone an adult. The sleeves barely passed my elbows and was about 4 inches too small across the chest.

When contacted, they refused to allow me to return the item and give me a refund, instead referring me to the terms and conditions for sale or discounted items, despite the item being misrepresented in the advertising. I suspect all their products fall in that category. They are now ignoring my emails completely. All they wanted to do was offer me a discount on something else - as if I would want to buy any more dolls clothes!!?

I will be contacting my credit card company to seek a refund.

These people are absolutely unprincipled and dishonourable. DON'T BE TEMPTED TO BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. You will regret it otherwise.

Frankly, I wouldn't even give this lot 1 star but I had no option on Trust pilot. It looks to me that all other reviewers feel the same.

Clothing purchase was poor quality and the sizing is totally wrong. Way too small. They also told us their system wasn't working and encouraged us to try again later. This resulted in extra orders being placed. No refunds were offered , contravening the Sale of goods Act. Offering 30% discount on next order is outrageous. Do not buy from this compsny

I have already left this company a bad review along the lines of those below.
However there is hope...i went through my credit card company and received a full refund within a matter of days.

Do not use this company. Bought a polo top, arrived without problem but was too small. As per there terms I emailed asking to return and get a larger size, but received no response! Emailed 3 further times before finally receiving a response. I was then told it was past the 14day limit to return now. I sent copies of emails proving I had responded during the 14 day period and they offered me a 30% discount. I ccompkained and they increased my discount to 50%, which I again rejected. They then told me the top could not be returned as it was discounted!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Hong Kong company that falsely marketed Cashmere product but shipped Polyester instead. Big Scammer! Can't get your money back. Read their T&C !!!

These people are crooks. Nasty products. Advertising is totally misleading. They won't refund on discounted goods which is all of them. Now trying to recover money through bank. Cashmere is NOT cashmere. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

So-called leather handbag is cheap plastic. Why does Google allow company to continue to advertise when it so flagrantly breaks all trading laws?

Not as described. Ordered Cashmere jumper.
No cashmere in it. No wool in it.
Badly made. No labels.

Do not buy anything from this company. Dreadful quality. Ridiculous terms and conditions which do not allow returns. Might as well throw your money in the bin!!!

Awful cheap quality 'leather' bag. Looks lovely on photo, went for a black one, it's not leather, just some cheap synthetic material. Please do not order from them.

To be avoided at all costs. A company that misrepresents and falsely advertises. Their sizes are completely incomprehensible and a "cashmere" sweater I purchased is in fact cotton and spandex. Four emails have been totally ignored and I am stuck with an expensive cotton sweater. Go nowhere near these awful people.

I should have read these reviews before purchasing. Bought a lovely looking shirt. It turned out to be tiny, child sized, flimsy material, looks nothing like the picture on their site. Only good thing was they kept me fully informed as to its whereabouts as it floated over from China. Very misleading advertising.

The shirt I ordered is appalling quality, rough fabric (not the soft linen promised), terrible stitching and buttons in a clashing colour. I asked for a refund - they keep blocking me, and offering a voucher to buy some other rubbish from their website. It's a dishonest, fraudulent company and I'm sorry I was taken in without checking Trustpilot first.

I ordered a dress from this company but the fit was poor and when I tried to return it for a refund I was told I couldn't. It is rip off. don't use them!!!!

I bought a pair of Pohe - Leather Sandals. Although I wasn't expecting the highest quality, I really wasn't expecting something so poor. The "leather" sandals top part looks good, but the wedge sole is awful. It's solid plastic light brown. Similar to a toy plastic. It makes the entire shoe look incredibly cheap.
I will try to return them as they are so bad but not holding high hopes due to the other experiences on this page and the note from Trustpiolet themselves.

I purchased a dress from this company size XL when it arrived it was a XS would not fit my 10 year old daughter. Suppose to be chiffon it was nylon. Could not return it as no return label in package nor any tags on the rag!!! Complete waste of money I should have just burnt the £39 I paid for it.
They are now trading as Emily Boston same rubbish information and very poor products.
Cannot believe Google is allowing them to continue advertising and swindling the hard earned money of the British public.

Avoid this company, they do not offer refunds or returns on any sale items. If buying clothing get at least 3 sizes bigger than you need as they come up very small indeed. Poor quality clothing.
