We had the absolute pleasure of having nanny Ika with us in Bali for 8 days and we honestly cannot thank her enough for the incredible support she provided our family.

She was absolutely amazing, attentive, caring, energetic and always one step ahead. With our 2 year old constantly on the move and jumping from pool to pool, she was so quick and alert, keeping up with her effortlessly and making sure she was safe while still allowing her to have fun.

Our 5 year old was completely obsessed with her! She was so patient with all of his endless questions, genuinely listened to him, played with him and came up with lots of fun activities to keep him entertained. It was so lovely to see how comfortable and happy the kids were around her.

Having her with us made such a huge difference to our holiday. She gave us the opportunity to actually relax, enjoy some quality time together and take a breath, knowing our children were being cared for by someone so attentive and loving.

We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for our family and would highly recommend her to anyone travelling to Bali with children. She went above and beyond, and we truly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. ❤️

Nanny Ika looked after our 5 month old son and was truly amazing. It was my first time travelling overseas with him and first time having someone other than myself or my partner for an extended period of time looking after him, so I was a little nervous. Nanny Ika put so much love, time and care into my son that I felt at ease. She made sure to follow my instructions regarding nap schedules and got him down for hour long naps. She sent regular updates, including videos and pictures when we were outside of the hotel which made me feel really comfortable. Often it was hot and we were confined to our hotel room but nanny Ika made sure to entertain my son. It was the first proper break I’d had since he’d been born and it meant so much to know I could trust that my son was in safe hands while we got an opportunity to relax.

We have just returned to Australia after a 7 day stay in Bali with our 5 month old daughter. We were recommended Nanny Ika by our friends and my goodness we just couldn’t have been happier with the care we received for our little girl. From day 1 Nanny Ika connected with us as a family and made our little girl smile and laugh so much we knew it was going to be a good time. We felt so safe to leave our girl with Nanny Ika each day without hesitation, despite being very anxious initially. The level of care, compassion and love she shows for the babies is out of this world, our girl would smile ear to ear when Ika would arrive each day. Ika was always on time (early, in fact!), so flexible, and would update us with photos and videos of our girl throughout the day. I wish more than anything that we had Ika in Australia with us as she has filled our hearts with so much love and joy. Thank you Ika for loving and caring for our little girl. If I could give Nanny Ika more than 5 stars I would!!!!

These days finding job it's very difficult especially for international workers, where by they need visas and work permits to work within the country but for nanny care ,have been solving that issues and working everything for them. (new employees)with out paying any money . So it feeds thousands people and I rate it 100 %percent and I recommend it to everyone that it's very fantastic agency with love and care trust them with your children and job. Thanks

We asked Ika to nanny for our 3 very busy children, 4,7 & 9 on a few different days during our stay in Bali. We are from NZ. Ika was truly exceptional & I wish I could take her home with us. She came on time, she came prepared with many different activities for all of the children, she played in the pool with them all. She helped ordering food for the kids. She was so kind, caring & loving towards them all even when my daughter become unwell & Ika wore it. We can 100% recommend her to anyone & we can't wait to visit Bali again to see Ika. If you need a Nanny, don't look any further than the funny, thoughtful, caring and loving Ika.

We contacted Ika (Bernika) through WhatsApp, who was recommended to us by the staff at The Westin in Ubud.

Ika was not available to baby sit our son on the first 2 days, but recommended another Nanny (Wayan) who was available, who we used and was also exceptional!

Ika babysat our son for the last two days of our trip, and we were very happy with her services. She is very energetic, kind, nurturing and would quickly react to our son’s specific interests. This was the first time we have ever used a nanny service, which we were initially hesitant to do, but after using Ika and Wayan, we would not hesitate to use them again when we visit Bali next. They were both very responsive over whatsapp and would send us updates throughout the day of how our son was going and what they had been doing, with some pictures. Thank you very much Ika, we will see you next time!

We had Ika look after our 5year old and 1 year old daughters during some of our time in Bali and she was AMAZING! the kids loved her and she really help with taking our 1 year old whilst we got to enjoy some of the bigger activities with our 5year old. Ika came with us to our hotel and played in the pool and kids club. And she came with us to waterbomb park. Ika was always on time, spoke great English, swam, fed the kids. Changed nappies ect. We highly recommend Ika as she made us feel our children were safe and she was very professional.

Nanny Ika has a great personality, she has compassion towards children. That makes her to be a teacher and to have her as a nanny you'll have double benefit. She will play and teach your kids at the same time.. She knows how to entertain them and keep them busy..

I’ve known Miss Ika since I was a kid. She was my tutor from around 2nd or 3rd grade up till 9th grade. But honestly, she was more than just a tutor. She became someone I really looked forward to seeing. She made learning fun and always knew how to make things interesting, even when it wasn’t about school.

Miss Ika is one of the most fun, friendly, and warm people I’ve ever met. She has such a good sense of humor, and being around her just makes you feel at ease. I honestly got quite attached because she always made things feel light, safe, and exciting at the same time. Whether I was stuck on homework or just bored at home, she always had an idea or plan ready. She’s smart, creative, and really thoughtful, someone who just naturally gets along with kids and understands how to keep them engaged. Now that she’s starting her journey as a nanny in Bali, I can honestly say any family would be lucky to have her. With 6 years of teaching experience and 4 years as a nanny, she brings not just skills, but also heart into everything she does. She’s kind, reliable, and truly cares.

If you’re looking for a nanny who feels more like family, I couldn’t recommend Miss Ika enough.

Although i don’t have kid, I've had the chance to observe Nanny Ika looking after kids in Bali, She always appeared attentive, calm, and genuinely caring. I've seen her handle children of various ages with patience and warmth.
From what I've witnessed, she demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism. She communicates well with both children and adults, and we’ve heard positive feedback from families she's worked with. I feel confident recommending her based on my observations.

I do not have any children so why am I writing a review for a Nanny? As a retired teacher with over 30 years experience, I know a happy child when I see one. Whenever I have seen the interaction between Bernika and her charges I have been impressed by the professional relaxed way she deals with them, and it is obvious there is great flow of affection from both sides.
Leaving children in her care will enhance the lives of both the children and their parents.
