Great service, super responsive, professional - highly recommend

We have used NannyPaye for a number of years and they have been extremely helpful and excellent value for money.
Very easy to call and speak to someone knowledgeable and always quick to reply to emails.
They did the basic payroll bits very well but also provided employment contracts and general advise and seamlessly dealt with the entire maternity pay process for us, twice!
Highly recommend.

They are very responsive by email and phone, and have always been there when I’ve needed them. They provide a great service and have helped me with every query I have had quickly and efficiently, including help with contracts and set up, pension, holiday, sick leave, maternity etc.

We have used NannyPaye to employ our nannies for the last five years. They have always been fast and efficient, offering a comprehensive service, supporting all aspects of our Nannies payroll, pension and employment contracts. They have been excellent, supporting us as our Nanny was on maternity leave and advising on compliance with all aspects of this process. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

They’re not set up for nanny Share. They calculated tax incorrectly ignoring our nanny’s other job which resulted in £2k sudden charge from HMRC. Takes days to get any answer from them. I would only use them for very basic situations.

I have used NannyPaye for the last 3 or 4 years, the service has always been very good and the staff have always been very helpful. I would recommend the service to anyone who needs it.

Used service for five years. Very responsive to any queries asked on an ad hoc basis. Used through Covid and gave advice on furlough etc for no extra fees. Otherwise monthly payroll service provided consistently and timely with no issues.
