Very slow response from customer service and terrible courier service

Very slow response from the customer service and only after I posted a bad revue on trust pilot. Also, they use a terrible courier service (UniUni)
They gave me a free bag for my trouble.
The product itself is fine but still overpriced for what it is hence my 3 stars.

They participate in bogus discounting…

They participate in bogus discounting (price hikes for sales) practices.
Bought a bunch of bags with their Black Friday discount for supposedly 15% discount. Checked prices after the event finished and the original prices had come down to essentially discounted pricing. Not too happy.
Ships fast, but also got my order wrong. However they were responsive and shipped out missing bags quickly which is worth noting.

We would like to address your comment regarding pricing. To clarify, we do not increase our prices leading up to Black Friday or any other sale event. Our Black Friday discounts are always based on our standard, consistent year-round pricing.

Bad delivery (no delivery!) experience

Ordered bags for Christmas, supposed to be delivered in 5-15 days but the last tracking was 8 days ago saying awaiting handover to the carrier in China.
I'm worried it's lost and after reading other experiences here I don't think I'll receive a response from my emails to the company.
Poor customer service 😔
If I don't hear back I'll have to claim a refund through my bank.
Very annoying and disappointing!

Good product

Perfect,if you order close to december is normal the shipment is slow,you wait and is coming no problem.
The material is good but maybe a little expensive but is a personal choice to buy it anyway good.

I ordered a bag well over a week ago…

I ordered a bag well over a week ago and still haven’t received it, despite paying for delivery. I’ve emailed the company multiple times, using several of their listed email addresses, but I have not received any response, and there is no other way to contact them.
Extremely disappointed and currently out of pocket.
Update, finally heard back from them and the sent another. I do feel this was only because I left a 1 star review.
Product seems ok so far.

I LOVE Nanobags

I LOVE Nanobags! I have the 25L bags everywhere. Three in each car (for groceries), 1 in my purse, and 1 with my travel stuff. The large bags a SO sturdy and hold SO much stuff. I often get compliments on the cute colors and designs. I also use the zippered backpack when traveling. It is so small, light and easy to pack and it makes a perfect lightweight daypack while I am on my trips. Sometimes I give a friend a gift "wrapped" in a Nanobag for them to keep. I show them the ease in which they fold back into their tiny lightweight pouch. They are always amazed!
I would be lost without my Nanobags!

My partner and I would give it 6 stars…

My partner and I would give it 6 stars if we could!

We’re a 30s couple living in Vancouver and have had nanobags since the beginning. Now, we both have two XL bags each in our day packs at all times. Plus a couple more sitting in jacket pockets for when we’re just out and about and happen to need a bag.

We love our nanobags. They are worth every penny. The team designing them are constantly making them better, from analysing stitches to improve strength without adding bulk to relentless tweaking of the shoulder straps and handle drop to optimise for holding by your side or over the shoulder.

The bags are so small they practically disappear until we need them. And it helps that the designs are cool too!

Excellent

I've had three of these for a couple of months. Use them all the time, there's always one in my bag. Great for shopping, beach days, dirty shoes, fruit picking.

I've chucked them in the washing machine and they've washed well as well.

Love them so much!

Super Bags

I wasn’t sure these would live up to the hype, but I grabbed a couple of Nanobags after I saw their ads. I keep one in my pocket and honestly forget it’s there until I need it. The first time I pulled it out at the supermarket, the cashier couldn’t believe that tiny pouch unfolded into such a big bag. Packs back down easily too! I’m hooked!!

Quality decline

I have been using, and loving, Nanobags for years. They have always seemed indestructible. Until the last three. One sprung a hole. The last two started to tear apart at a crucial spot - right where the strap goes over the shoulder. I don't feel confident carrying anything breakable in it anymore. Looking for a new option.

We want to be very clear about one thing: We have not changed our materials, we still use the same tough diamond-ripstop nylon, and if anything our failure rates have steadily dropped, as we’ve upgraded the bags over the years.

What you’re describing is not normal for our bags, especially given your history with them, and we take this very seriously. A tear at the handle area usually indicates a rare manufacturing fault, and we absolutely want to make it right for you. We’ve already reached out to you and replacements should be with you already.

Exceeded all expectations!

I just spent 3 1/2 weeks in England and Spain. I traveled with just a carry-on, so space was very limited! I brought along the 19L Crossbody Sling and the 14L Drawstring Pack along. We used them for hiking day trips, beach days, grocery shopping and transferring items between hotels.

They were amazing!! The strap on the crossbody Sling was wide enough to be comfortable. The fabric strong enough to be useful. Easily carrying multiple 1 Liter bottles of water.

The drawstring Pack was comfortable on a fairly strenuous hike and carried everything we needed for the day.

The bags held up well with wet towels and beach gear. They also washed up well and dried quickly.

I can't imagine a product working any better than these bags did. Rarely does a product exceed all expectations! I won't travel without my Nano Bags!

Really tiny bag, with really large capacity

I kept seeing adverts for these on Facebook and eventually succumbed. I bought a sling style bag, a shopping bag style and a rucksack style - and my order (in the UK) arrived next day. They are super small and super light, but unfold to a really good size. Took one out in my handbag today and my sister was super impressed when we unexpectedly needed a bag and I whipped it out! Early days, but so far super impressed! (and yes, easy to put back into their little bag!)

Perfect bags, super small, strong and lightweight, and an excellent customer service.
I never leave home without at least one.
I had some since their Kickstarter days (2 backpacks & 2 slings), recently lost the closing rubber to one of the backpacks, and they added a new one to replace it with my last order.
The sling will hold A LOT of stuff, and fairly big items too, while you will still have both hands free!
The wider straps are an improvement in carrying comfort, and the reason for buying a new batch.

Great product, poor delivery

A truly great addition to anyone’s EDC. So compact and thin, yet strong. Amazing. Delivery took forever to me in the UK, and there were some concerning delays with their courier in China, but Nanobag CS were very helpful. The tracking of the order was chaos and disappointing until it was handed over to the UK courier. I wish they’d use a different Chinese shipper because ime not all are this poor. But 5* product for sure, when it finally arrived!
