Worse camera ever

Disappointed. Their camera has had constant issues since day one- disconnects, freezes, and looks like it’s working when it’s not. Every time I raised this during the return window, I was told it was an “internet issue.” The two-way audio often doesn’t work, and camera movement usually requires restarting the app multiple times (literally). The price has dropped since I bought it, and after all these issues, I feel misled for trusting this product since the beginning. I’ve been getting no response.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! Returned an unopened box set, paid for shipping myself. After I received confirmation it was delivered (I have the USPS confirmation) they responded saying it wasn’t received but they would issue a refund anyway. Still have not received that refund and all of my follow-up emails have gone unanswered. I also can’t find a place on the website to write a review. My advice is to purchase these products from a retailer who provided great customer service and has a good return policy (like Target or Walmart).

Great pacifiers but can’t reach anyone…

Great pacifiers but can’t reach anyone about out of stock items. 4-36 month pacifiers have been out of stock at ALL retailers for months. My wife and I have left countless messages and were advised we’d hear back in 1 business day- never got a call or email. For a company that makes such a great product their customer care is nonexistent. Care stops at product quality- past there were on our own.

Horrible company

Horrible company. I returned their product unopened… even paid for shipping myself and they won’t refund me. I can’t even get in touch with anyone.

Won't Refund my Shipping Money

Tried to get their free baby sample box to see if it's something I like and would want to use for when my baby gets here. I had to pay shipping to get the box but whenever it said it got delivered, it said it was sent back to original sender. I contacted them and told them I never got the box and the reason and they will not respond to me. At this point I just want a refund for the shipping I had to pay since I never got the box. Bad customer service, who won't even respond to emails. They said they put in a ticket for my issue and to expect communication back within 24 hrs. That was on 8/12. I won't suggest this company to anyone and definitely will not be purchasing their products.

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE DEAL IS WITH THIS COMPANY!
I have been trying to get product information from them for about 3 months for a birthday present purchase for my niece who just gave birth to a baby boy. I have no clue what to buy and when you call their contact number, you ALWAYS get a voicemail that says someone will get back to you within 24 hours. I have left at least 10 messages over the last few months with no reply to any of them. I have sent them repeated messages using their contact form on their website, and again no reply to any one of them. I guess they have so much business that they could care less about any new customers. I finally left them a message suggesting they just disconnect their contact number, since they never return a call. I finally left them a message just asking them to take 1 minute out of their day and send me the name of a company that sells their products and who will actually give me the information I need, and mindboggling that this is, they couldn't do that either...no reply. WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT THEY ARE!

Good parenting tips and products

New parent friendly website. Learned a lot of really interesting tips on breastfeeding from their blog and ended up buying their storage bags and pacifiers, was happy with both products and will shop here again.
