YOU HAVE PROVIDED THE WRONG AMOUNT TO DHL/CUSTOMS - NORWAY
I ordered serum from your site, which costs 1149kr, it said that shipping is included and everything, the site is in Norwegian. I received the products and one of the products was open, but that's okay. I received a notification from DHL that says I have to pay 867 for customs clearance( 25%), this a double amount, had I known this, I would not have placed the order, there is so little information from your side, and (the contact form you added on your page IS NOT WORKING, neither your phone number). DHL says you have doubled the price of the goods I bought and paid 1149kr (even have proof from my online bank) which was on your page INCLUDING SHIPPING, the price you have given to DHL to clear the goods is double 2298? I need an answer for this, why will you double the prize? THIS IS A SCAM!
I was in contact with you and wrote to you on 17/8 and have not heard anything from you. Steer clear of this site, they are scamming people. I demand a refund of what I have paid to DHL!
