Received a label from them for a QVC silent night return addressed to a home left 15 months ago. I had already returned it to the address on their label 8 days earlier! They are not open on a Saturday! I have spoken To QVC who will sort this out but I would never use ebedding for anything. And where did they get my address?

bought bedspread from them on ebay, fell to bits after only couple of months, no reply from customer service

Ordered an electric heater (through tesco).arrived leaking oil.Returned it on 12.12.24.still waiting on a refund. Avoid

Refuse to give me an invoice so I have no proof of purchase should I need to contact Silent Night. They trade under various names but still the same low-life.

Ordered a heated throw via amazon from this bunch of cowboys, after the delivery date came and went I contacted them through amazon to only get a stock reply that it was nothing to do with them and to contact amazon's couriers, and that they couldn't provide tracking.
I know its an auto generated reply as I tried again a day or so later and within 5 mins outside working g hours the same reply came back, word for word.
I thankfully have amazon on the case and a refund will be provided, but seriously avoid this lot or there will be a huge amount of chasing with probably no resolution.
Worst online company I've ever dealt with, bordering on scammers.!!

Bought an air max 800 topper from Groupon, came within 3 days, spot on

Surprise surprise I join many others that have not received a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I have my returns as proof of return so will go to my bank for chargeback. Should be shut down . shameful company

Stay well away from this company !
I wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing a mattress topper on Groupon.
Paid for a Kingsize and got sent a double.
Impossible to send back through Groupon the ongoing loop of getting nowhere !
Reached out to the company as it was their error and they will not rectify .
Seems they make a habit of sending the wrong , cheaper item out knowing that returns are impossible !
I cannot believe they are scamming people through a huge platform like Groupon and Groupon are allowing it !
Shame on both .

I ordered one in September 2020 and for the first 2 months it was great and gave me great support. Now it has gone flat and lumpy despite my best efforts to “plump” it and rotate it on a regular basis. I would not recommend this pillow it’s a waste of money. It’s now Jan 2021 and I’m looking for a new pillow.

I ordered customized pillows but they were worse than any normal pillow I have used. The pillows are too high even though it was customized for stomach sleepers. I got a replacement because they don't issue refunds for custom pillows (and they didn't even include a return label) but those are also terrible and we never use them.

I ordered 2 Pillows just before Christmas 2018 because the ad they placed made me think they were ideal for me plus they said 3 days to deliver. Never arrived before Christmas, I Contacted them numerous occasions. Long story short they arrived mid January. Nothing on the Pillows to say which was which. I ordered 2 different firmness.
Within 3 weeks they had gone lumpy and horrible.
I complained. They sent me 2 more and I had, to send the others back.
Same thing happened to those 2 Pillows within a month.
I was refused any more replacements.
Waste of a lot of money.
Had to chuck them away.
I would never ever recommend.
