High Quality Training Materials, Excellent Support

I'm new to Napa Valley Wine Academy, so I am reporting on my experience to date (about 2 months in). So far, I have found their customer (student) support to be incredibly responsive and friendly -- I would actually describe it as "highly personalized," and that's not a descriptor that I use lightly. And the support that I needed was pre-sale, asking them a series of questions to help me better understand what I (might be) signing up for. It was clear that there was a native English-speaking human being behind each of the responses. It was darned near refreshing -- and it was one of my motivations for signing up.

POST signup, I have found their training materials to be simply superb, In fact, there's SO MUCH training material that I know I will never get through it all -- nor do I need to. I can select the material that is of interest to me (e.g., anything related to wine) and ignore the material that is not relevant to me (e.g., spirits and beer). The training materials that I have seen to date are all exceptionally high quality. I am actually quite impressed with what I've seen so far.

At this point -- a couple of months in -- I feel that I have actually received a greater value than what I paid. This is pretty unique ("greater value than what I paid"), and I'm looking forward to exploring more and participating in their coursework.
