TERRIBILE ESPERIENZA con Agenzia TECNOCASA SAN PASQUALE A CHIAIA NAPOLI

Attenzione alle truffe immobiliari!!! , ho fatto una proposta per L acquisto di un immobile , presso l agenzia TECNOCASA DI SAN PASQUALE A CHIAIA NAPOLI ,stranamente hanno voluto la provvigione di 15000 euro in anticipo;di solito le agenzie immobiliari oneste e serie ti accompagnano fino all atto definitivo dal notaio e poi ti spiccano fattura.L immobile in Via Morelli 7,a Napoli è risultato illegittimo al rogito,e con abusi contro il patrimonio immobiliare tutelato dalla Sovraintendenza;alla mia richiesta di restituzione della somma versata ,il titolare dell agenzia TECNOCASA MAURIZIO DI MARTINO mi ha risposto con una risatina beffarda ,che non mi avrebbe restituito un bel niente .anche il proprietario dell immobile avendo percepito la caparra confirmatoria, si è rifiutato di restituire la somma.Ho rimesso tutto nelle mani della giustizia con aggravio di costi legali .Ovviamente dopo L ammanco di queste somme al mio patrimonio ho dovuto rinunciare all acquisto di un immobile .
