This unit impressed me
This unit impressed me right away. Great specs for the price and full-body coverage makes a big difference when you’re short on time. Setup was quick, and the build feels strong and premium. After consistent use, I’ve felt noticeable improvements in recovery. Delivery was on time, and I’m very happy with the purchase.

Impressed with performance and quality
Been using the Prime for about 5 weeks now. Started because my hamstrings were constantly wrecked after double sessions. Sports physio bills were adding up. Honestly wasn't sure what to expect but figured I'd give it a proper run. Two weeks in, recovery between sessions felt noticeably quicker. Not placebo as I'm tracking HRV and sleep and both shifted. Build quality is solid, feels like proper equipment not a consumer gadget. The individual wavelength control is something I didn't think I'd use but now I run NIR only sessions the night before comp days. Does what it says. Would buy again without hesitation.

Premium feel & real results
I’d been looking at red light panels for months and almost bought a cheaper one. So glad I didn’t.
My Nardo Prime feels seriously premium with strong output, you can really feel it straight away. Also hesitated about the full body but now couldn’t think of ever using a smaller one.
I use it after training and before bed. Recovery feels quicker and my sleep’s improved . nardo feels like a proper investment piece. 100% recomend
