Despite the facts that NARS products are too expensive, it can be called as one of the best chic and luxurious brand the quality of each costs its price.
I want to underline the products which I like more, among of them is blush with shimering deep coral effect, it makes all skin look healthy.
The palette of concelears and highlighters is fantastic, it is so long-lasting that you even cannnot imagine.

Reason I've gave it a 3 star is because I first wanted to know what shade would suit me best and the customer services recommended Siberia sheer glow. When I purchased it it offered me 2 options for free samples so I clicked the blusher and the mascara. The mascara sample never arrived. I then tried on the foundation it's not a perfect match for me at all I'm quite pale skinned and it still makes me pale. It quite smooth kn the face and doesnt make me feel caked on. However over 3 days I have had 3 different foundations on 2 of them from mac... one a full coverage which is great for a night out or going somewhere fancy.. another mac which is medium coverage and then nars.... I got to say I will carry on using mac my medium coverage as it's the perfect match for me and soo smooth to the skin. I know that ofc every persons skin is different so it's just not for me.

I’ve been using Nars for years and years and it’s been my favourite brand consistently. They sell some of the best products including concealers, foundation, lipgloss, bronzers and blushers all of which I love. However I’m so sad to hear that they are no longer cruelty free as they are being sold in mainland China. I know for some people this is not important but for the founder françois nars, this was a big priority and it’s so sad to see the brand sacrifice morals for money. I also feel like the energy and effort put into the brand has gone down hill, they no longer come out with innovative and exciting products or appear to be engaged with their customers. It’s just so disappointing to see a classic, staple brand really beginning to fall through. I’m hoping this review along with others will inspire the brand to rejuvenate and remember its roots.

We visited today Nars counter in John Lewis Milton Keynes shopping centre for second time and had absolutely exceptional service from Emma again.She was so knowledgable about products and give my daughter nice makeover once more again.Her makeup skills was excellent and products she recommended was just what we needed. Her approach to customers was so nice and gentle , make us wanted to come back again.Thank you to Emma and to Nars cosmetics for good quality products.

I have just been to the Nars counter in Frasers Glasgow for the second time in a month because of the most excellent assistant called Jill. She has changed my life by not only giving me the best service but actually giving me the confidence to wear makeup the proper way( I thought I had been but I definitely not ) while not trying to pressure me into buying items,but I wanted to because she was so informative about the brand, I will definitely be back again

Met with lovely Serine at my local Nars Spitalfields boutique she found my fav most wanted lipstick and helped me match my concealer
She was an absolute amazing and outstanding make up artist !highly recommended

Worse Customer service ever I never want to order from the site anymore

I am obsessed with the NARS radiant long wear foundation and have been using it or literally over 2 years. I will never try anything else because this foundation does everything for me. You don’t need a lot of product and you get a medium-full buildable coverage! They have so many beautiful shades to match your skin tone and the product stays on your skin all day!

I went to the NARS corner in Selfridges London and the Sales Person that advised me was so so friendly and helpful! It was so delightful after I had a really horrible and bad customer experience at the Chanel corner! Bought a bunch of things from NARS and will definitely come back.

I went into Nars Spitalfields boutique last week to try a foundation. I have previously purchased most high-end foundations and never found that flawless look. I also suffer from acne on my chin and combination skin so I was always looking for a full coverage, matte foundation. After speaking to Louise in Nars about what I was looking for, she advised me to try the Sheer Glow, which I was slightly worried about as I always had matte finish foundations as I am worried about getting oily. However, I tried this along with the radiance primer and the setting powder and my skin has never looked so good or so smooth. This is the look I had always wanted, but could never achieve from full coverage matte foundations. i would have just asked to try another matte foundation had it not been for Louise's advice and help. She spent a lot of time with me talking me through the steps I needed to take to achieve the look I was after and almost a week on I could not be happier with my make-up and am really grateful to Louise for her help and advice as my skin is something I have always been conscious of and have felt a lot more confident about my skin. So thank you Louise!

Love NARS Cosmetics but will never, ever, ever buy online from them again. Had to return two items. Sent them back in different packages about one week apart well within the 30 day limit . Used their pre-printed labels with different tracking numbers for both. Suspiciously, there is no tracking updates for BOTH. I called NARS , I emailed NARS. The response I got from both simply is that they haven’t received any information, nothing. I finally had to have the USPS do an investigation. Finally USPS gave me tracking info 2 WEEKS later. If NARS use this a a excuse not to refund my money saying that they were received over 30 days I will dispute this . NARS supplies the return labels so this is on them. This is again suspicious and upsetting considering that the product is good. Review update pending.

I was helped by a employee named Nadia in the Nars Spitalfields store UK and the customer service was excellent, she gave me a variety of options on recommended products.

There are so many people recommended that NARS light reflecting pressed powder, it is awesome!!! It is used to cover face after you have finished your make up to make your make up more lasted. When you used it you will feel your face very elegant and make your face matte look. I have to say I love this product so much!!!!

Nars at Spitalfields are the best! Customer service and satisfaction 💯 spot on...the manager has a great team, you girls are exceptional 😉

The in-store returns policy is awful. Buyer beware. If they colour match you and the match is wrong, they will not rectify their mistake.

One month after placing order (and money being removed from account) I had not received order. Finally dpd had confirmed they had lost order. Nars were not helpful in the slightest and placed the onus on me to prove I was who I said I was and that the parcel was lost. Still awaiting refund.. never had such poor customer service ANYWHERE.

Nars is one of my favorite makeup brands. I love their products, but unfortunately am very disappointed with their approach to other retailers. I've always bought my Nars products from Space Nk, which I love. My countries' Sephora only carries 10 shades of Nars foundations, and maybe half the line, so it's not my desired place to purchase, and I don't love other websites like Cult beauty. But unfortunately, Nars now doesn't allow Space Nk to ship their products to other countries outside of the UK, because their "strategy is to focus on selective distribution". They advised me to purchase directly from their website, which charges 9,99$ for shipping. So now, I'll just have to cease to buy Nars products.

Excellent long lasting make up. I discovered NARS by accident and haven’t looked back it’s perfect in every way and great for all skin types
