NEVER ARRRIVED

I have ordered a hooding back in September, wrote few times to 'Support' no replies, my order never came nobody got back to me. Scammers, disgusting company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I swear I have never dealt with a worse company. I ordered an item over a month ago. When trying to find customer service information on their website that supposedly offers 24/7 support, I found nothing. I wanted to nicely tell them to cancel my order if the item had not shipped. I waited til this past Wednesday and then told PayPal the issue. I was refunded the money and the case was closed. I get an email from the company on Sunday stating that the order was delivered and I "needed to cancel" the refund. At this point I had already purchased another item from somewhere else that was similar. After 4 days of back and forth trying to get them to send me a return label, they forced me to repurchase the stupid item. I cannot tell you how unprofessional they were in their emails. They also have no idea how to run a company and keep in communication with a customer the way a company should. Overall I cannot advise against going through this company enough. 4 days of headache and hassle and they still don't get the point of communication with clients.

What a colossal mess

What a colossal mess! I ordered a few items my 10yr old grandson had asked for for Christmas. Order was placed 12/12 in plenty of time for Christmas (or so I thought). I received an email with a tracking number saying my items had shipped….turned out items each shipped separately and that tracking info was just for one small accessory! I panicked when there was no activity, reached out to Customer Service who assured me my order was on the way! Christmas Eve finally get an “Out for delivery” notification still expecting my entire order…in the 9th hour on Christmas Eve what I received was a hat. One hat under the tree for my grandson.
Customer service attitude was smug and minimally apologetic as long as they weren’t expected to actually stand accountable! I suggested they send a free hoodie to the kid who will wake to a hat under the tree for Christmas….their attitude, “what makes you think you’re entitled to…” BUYER BEWARE! A company is only as good as the service they extend to those who support them. READ THE REVIEWS! I CERTAINLY WISH I WOULD HAVE. LESSON LEARNED…BY A 10 YR OLD CHILD.
UPDATE: Finally received my items in January and what should have been adult sizes are clearly closer to youth! One shirt is completely unlabeled!! AND the one that had a label wasn’t even the size I ordered! They told me they automatically send a size up from what the customer orders. Then blamed me for being upset because they don’t post shipping info or a sizing chart on their website so it was “on me” to expect my order at a certain time or in the size I “thought” I would receive!!! I actually thought they were standing accountable when they offered to send the correct size, BUT WAIT! Then they wanted me to PAY international shipping to return my botched order! Second option was a partial refund and keep the worthless garments. I wouldn’t send them a single cent more for this nightmare of a transaction! At this point it was a $100 lesson learned! Amidst all of this I did search for a copyright license under this company’s name and came up empty! I get the feeling now that I may be talking with a couple kids selling stuff out of their garage! Also viewed their TikTok page and most followers appear to be kids as well. A ton of “I have to ask my mom for money…” comments. BUYER BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! I do plan to report to the proper agencies just to ensure the artwork they are using is theirs as well…guessing it may not be.
