While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Verify Licensing Scope Before Engaging

Verify Licensing Scope Before Engaging

I am writing to alert potential customers to discrepancies between North American Services Center’s (NASC) advertised services and its publicly listed DMCC license (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre).

🔹 Public DMCC License Scope (as listed):
- Immigration services for Poland, Prince Edward Island (Canada), USA, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Antigua and Barbuda, Saint Lucia, and Canada.

🔹 Advertised Services Outside Listed Scope:
- Work permits for Germany, Italy, Romania, and other EU countries.
- Permanent residency programs for Australia, UK, Denmark, Turkey, Bulgaria, etc.

These services are promoted on NASC’s social media and YouTube channels (e.g., “Germany Work Permit Visa” [Link]). Since business licenses are meant to protect consumers, I urge others to verify if these services comply with NASC’s DMCC registration.

🔍 Source: Public DMCC records and NASC’s promotional content.

⚠️ Disclaimer: This is not a review of services but a caution to cross-check licensing details directly with DMCC or legal counsel.

Important Advisory Regarding NASC (North American Service Center) in UAE-Dubai

We urge caution when dealing with NASC in Dubai. There have been multiple reports of the company offering job placements in Europe, only to deceive clients. Out of approximately 100 people, only one or two may receive genuine job offers, which are often showcased in YouTube advertisements to create a misleading impression.

Key points to consider:

Misleading Commitments: The sales team may make promises that are not honored. Ensure you thoroughly verify any claims made.
Contract Review: Carefully read and understand the contract before signing. Be aware that the initial payment, regardless of circumstances, is non-refundable.
Financial Loss: Any money paid upfront is likely to be lost. Clients have reported no refunds.
Time and Money Wasted: Engaging with this consultant has resulted in significant wasted time and financial loss for many individuals.
Stay vigilant and thoroughly research before committing to any agreements with NASC in Dubai.
