My shop always bought all our Kraft Shopping Bags and Tissue Paper and supplies in bulk from Nashville Wraps for years. When the economy worsened, we switched to another supplier as we were using fewer bags/supplies. After a year, we went back to Nashville Wraps and let me tell you, their quality is horrible. Their 'premium' tissue paper is very mottled, thin and cheap looking. Their Kraft Shopping Bags are so thin they tear at the top when placing items in the bag, and anything of weight (even a pillow) causes the bottom of the bags to sag and we have to tell our customers to "please hold their purchase from the bottom of the bag"...how embarrassing! Sorry to say, but we will no longer be purchasing from Nashville Wraps.

I am writing in 2025 the same thing the customer in 2011 wrote. You are offered a 10% discount that you would do better training for the Olympics in four years and hitting that goal, than actually receiving it on a platform that is either intentionally designed to be hard to redeem or just the sheer ineptness of the design and code is so bad that you are have to be impressed in this day and time a website can run so poorly.

I do not say this easily, but it put me off so much (and I had to reach out to support in addition to it being clunky) that I will never ever darken their footprint on the web again. 30 minutes of my life wasted. Don't waste yours.

I have ordered various packaging materials from Nashville Wraps at least four times and have had a very positive experience every single time.I have ordered rolls of wrapping paper, packs of tissue paper, spools of ribbon, and various sizes of shopping bags from this company. I basically order products from them that will help make a nice finishing touch for my products whether selling online or in person.

They have an impressive variety of products - many sizes, shapes, and colors / patterns available. They offer bulk pricing for higher quantities, but I feel that even with the smaller quantities the pricing is very reasonable especially for the high quality of the products I have received.

The website is easy to navigate, but I do think they could improve upon the images available (perhaps offering better zoom capability and / or alternate views of some products). There is however an absolutely beautiful physical catalogue which they produce and which I am always happy to receive. The catalogue features better images of their products.

S & H costs seem reasonable and on par with other similar type companies I have ordered from. My packages have always arrived in a timely manner and without any damage to the materials within.

Overall I am very happy with my multiple orders from Nashville Wraps and I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

It is really hard to see things on this site. Is very complicated to get around.
