From our Hicksville, New York–based factory, we create millions of pounds of confections every year — including chocolate covered raisins, Jordan almonds, fudge, fruit slices, chocolate pretzels, and hand-dipped cherries. Look, im new to the candy game and was looking for specific items.. unfortunately I couldn't find them.. on a longshot I emailed a handwritten list of the items I was looking for. From walking me step by step through ordering hiccups (on me, not you) to checking in just to make sure everything is going smoothly, he’s been incredibly supportive the entire way.
Personable customer service like this is rare these days, and it means more than I can say to know I have someone like Ryan looking after my account.
