I have ordered a 4/0 feeder cable. The picture showed color coded cable as well mentioned in the description:
"The PVC is color-coded to enable easy identification of the cable."

I have received a cable that was not color coded and the customer service refused to provide a refund or replacement even after multiple email attempts.

After that, I have submitted a charge-back with the credit company and posted this review.

The company representative called me and apologized for what happened. The issue was subsequently fixed and the charge-back is accepted successfully.

I ordered the wrong wire and they replaced it with the correct wire without an fuse. Very understanding people.

Not as fast as Amazon but got the right stuff in a reasonable time.

The 8/2 cable arrived as ordered and at a fair price. Just what I needed for my project.

I’m not one to ever leave a review for anything or anyone. That said, I have no problem reviewing Nassau National Cable. Furthermore, I actually feel compelled to let people know that there is no need to look anywhere else for their wire, cable, electrical supplies, ect….NASSAU NATIONAL CABLE IS THE PLACE!!! I’m talking about good people taking care of business here. Every facet and in every single way! Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, thorough, prompt, available, affordable, and professional. This is a company that has clearly invested time and energy into fostering a positive culture and vibe throughout. An investment in its people and the way they are treated and in the way they treat and interact with their customers. 5 stars, 10 stars, whatever the measure…. Just make it 100 stars. I couldn’t be more serious. Help yourself and go through these guys. You’ll be glad you did. I know that much is true.

There were some problems with the shipment and some of my wire arrived damaged, but customer service was great and they issued a satisfactory refund for the damaged portion of the wire. I would definitely order from this company for future needs.

I ordered expensive cable from this company and they sent us one that was too short. I have tried to resolve this issue- get the correct cable sent or a refund- and they are not helping me. The customer service representative in INDIA says they can’t do anything for me. Anyone in the US actually work for this company and can help me?!
Do not order from them! They’re keeping all of my money and not getting me the correct product I paid for. This is fraud until they make it right!

They shipped my wire quickly and high quality wire.

I needed 150’ run of 12/3 romex.
The big box stores require you to buy 250’. That’s more than I needed and expensive.

Great wire and easy to pull 150 feet. I received a different product than what I thought I ordered and when it arrived the team worked with me to rectify and get me what I needed. Shipping was fast and the process was very easy

From placing my order to receiving it has been a first class experience with Nassau National Cable.
Even though my order, (this was my first and won't be my last), was not very large I was treated like a customer spending thousands.
Commutation on shipping was up to date every step of the way. The quality of the wire I ordered was better than expected.
