Natalie has been fantastic

Natalie has been fantastic . She is very supportive . She has been a PT but also a friend and a therapist. I really enjoyed using the app and she was always there on Whatsapp or Instagram to help me. I'm going away for 4 weeks but I'm already thinking of getting back to work with her in September . Thanks for everything .

Personal Training with Natalie

I’m in my 50s & I was going to gym classes to try to keep myself fit & strong; trying to prepare myself for the future. But…..all I was achieving was knees that were killing me! They were screaming!
Natalie wrote me 3 programs to work out all areas of my body but without any pressure on my knees.
Within 3 weeks, my knees weren’t hurting.
8 weeks later my knees still don’t hurt and an added bonus is that I’ve also lost 24cm. 10cm of that is from round my waist.
Natalie listens.
It doesn’t feel awkward to be 1 on 1.
She gently pushes you without you realising it!
We’re capable of more than we realise & she gently nudges you & your progress along.
It was actually fun!
I’ve learnt so much about how to lift & workout in terms of techniques & weights & loading as well as how to use protein & eat better.
I’m grateful. My knees are very grateful. I’d definitely recommend Natalie.
It’s investment for your future you.
