Beautifully crafted and designed dress I intend to wear as mother of the bride. Simple elegance and the fit is good - I will take it in a tad at the shoulders but that is all. Lovely and feminine without being too decorated.

Lovely. Lovely.Lovely. I needed a dress for my son's wedding. I couldn't find one. I was almost going to have one made. The color. The style. The craftsmanship. All spectacular. I might need a few alterations but I am not concerned as then the dress will fit like it was made for me! I am so glad I came across the web site. You won't be disappointed.

Profoundly over priced dresses. More like a nightgown

I ordered a dress to try for my wedding. It didn’t suit so sent it back.
They did not pick up the package and it got sent back to me in Scotland.
I sent it back again, they said it was now too late to return it.
When i asked them to send it back they said it cost £60!!!!!!Unbelievable.
I asked them to send it to a contact in California but they have ignored my emails!! Absolutely rip off.
Think carefully before buying out side the USA
This company are a nightmare! An expensive nightmare. AVOID

Beautiful dress. So feminine and soft.

I ordered a dress for a wedding. For the price, I expected higher quality fabric. I feel like this product is made out of cheap material. It is lined but still see through. The slip is advertised as beige or nude but it's a bit too orange and the slip hangs lower than the over dress in some places which makes it look sloppy. The dress is fine for a casual event but I would not recommend it for a wedding dress. Which is unfortunate because I love the style.

The dress was not to the measurements described in the site. It was way to small and not the color on the site. I tried to return it and it took them two days to respond then they told me it was not returnable because it had to be returned by November 1st, after two emails, one of which their return site blocked me. I emailed asking for assistance since the site blocked me and they told me the date had past to return the dress. Today is the first! I could have easily mailed it two days ago if they would have provided return info when asked. I paid $261 for a dress that did not match the description from them and had to buy something else elsewhere for my event. I do not want an exchange I want a return!

DON'T buy from this company. You will have to PAY to return dresses that don't fit. I have one dress I can't return and one dress that I did return but they refuse to send me the replacement because it's past their due dates. Because I couldn't get a straight answer on how to return it. Now they are saying they will send me the dress that doesn't fit me back if I pay for shipping. The worst return policy I have ever seen.

Total scam operation! I ordered three dresses to try for a wedding, totaling $990. Returned all three, didn’t even try one on because they ran small. Returned them within two weeks of receipt. Not nearly as nice as advertised. They have kept $387 for a privilege of trying their product. Try quality dresses from Nicoblu, MagicLinen, Natori, Nordstrom, Peruvian Connection, Soft Surroundings. No such games.

**UPDATE** Nataya would not publish my review on their website, so this dress states that there are "no reviews" of the dress. I even posted a picture of the dress as advertised beside pictures of the dress I received. This seems like the company just wants to hide this issue from its potential customers.
I purchased the Nataya Gianna dress online. When the dress arrived, it was not as pictured on the company website. The tiers of the skirt were not symmetrical, showed the underlying slip, and were grossly different than the dress pictured on the website. When I tried to return the dress, the company initially would not accept the return at all (their policy is exchange or store credit only, with certain exceptions including a defective product). I argued that the product was not as advertised and thus defective. The company explained that each dress is handmade and "unique." This is not outlined in the online description of the dress or anywhere else online that I could find. I explained that I wanted a dress that looked like what was advertised. When the company finally agreed to accept the return, it deducted $45.60 from the overall $184.00 cost of the dress (a 15% restocking fee and shipping), despite that in a chat exchange a company representative had led me to believe that I would receive a full refund. The company is now stating that it did not promise a full exchange. I have tried to escalate this issue but the "manager's" number is simply the general company number, and, no matter what option I select, I receive a voice message. No one returns my calls. The product was not as advertised and the customer service is very poor, leaving the customer with little recourse and a lot of frustration.

The Savannah Desert Breeze Dress in Ivory Gold is a beautiful dress. The fabric is so soft and flows so nice. This is not my first dress from Nataya, but when I need a special occasion dress, I shop here.

I had to return my merchandise they got the return on July 31 today August 22 .There was no email to verify that they got the dresses or when I am going to get my refund back . I will not recommend to Shop on the site.Be careful

I am a British customer, ordering from the American dress company, Nataya. I want to warn other British people of my experience.
The dress was £218 and cost £23 for delivery. That was expected and I was fine with that. The dress arrived quickly. The colour was nothing like the picture. The dress was Downton Abbey in Quartz. It looks like a soft dusky pink, but it was most definitely brown. The quality wasn't too bad but not worth the prise tag.
The issue I really want to make is, unless you are positive it is the dress for you, do not order. To return it, you have to pay and obviously you will want it recorded delivery. This cost me £28.65. Nataya do not pay for the delivery either way. So that is £51.65 just for trying on the dress. But then on top of this they charge a re stocking fee of £40.25! which I think is appalling. Therefore the whole experience cost £91.90.
In future, I will never order from this company. Please think about it before you do.

This was a complete fraud. The dress was 460 dollars for what was supposed to be a beautiful lace embroidered gown. What arrived was a cheap tulle dress with iron-on embroidery, and heavy cotton trim on the bottoms of tulle cap sleeves. This looked like it came from wish or shein, not a higher end dress maker. This was supposed to be my wedding gown. Now I have a dress that looks like it was made in a beginners sewing class with material from Joanne Fabrics. Never in my life have I set up a refund order so fast. Thanks for nothing.

I got a beautiful dress for my partner, and it fit perfectly. If you have a question regarding size just reach out to one of their stylists and they will help steer you in the right direction. Also, a quick google search and you and you can find a promo code floating around out there. *Just a quick note about the products themself, there is an underlayer slip with tulle around the hem and a top layer with the detailed parts that go over the slip so it’s basically it two pieces that create one dress.
I adore the beautiful Edwardian and art deco inspired looks. I love this company, if you love to dress in period costumes or just admire styles from yesteryear. I highly recommend this online retailer.

Felt like royalty wearing this gown! I purchased the 'Alice' gown in black and gold. Quality is impeccable, international delivery was efficient and very reliable. Staff were very helpful with sizing advice and the fit was perfect, even for plus size. The 2xl was a perfect fit and very flattering. Well worth the investment and look forward to purchasing again.

I was thrilled to find it locally in Los Angeles and bought without a moment's hesitation. The quality is outstanding! The fit is dreamy. The aura is pure romance.
