I was deceived into signing in for a membership reward. My money was deducted for 8 months (180 pounds), and now I need my money back. Please, who can help me? This is cheating and deceitful.

Beware this National Express website scammer. They took subscription 18 pounds from user every months. Really bad !

Okay so here's how it works. As a customer of National Express you're lured in with a cashback on your purchase of tickets. Which leads you to give your card details. Also, mind you, these are good hearted scammers as they've explicitly written down that they're going to scam you in their terms and conditions. But oh, it's the customer's fault for consenting to them, obviously.

You need to make a purchase of minimum twice in order to be eligible to claim any benefit. Mine got rejected from the get go. Secondly, they intentionally choose not to send you email reminders of your subscription so you don't even know it exists. And suddenly, one morning, you wake up to being robbed of £18. When you call them for a refund, they'll parrot the terms and conditions, repeating you consented to this. Hallmark of a scam.

Get the loophole? You must consent to use their "service" and if you use their service you aren't eligible for a refund. And because you consented, the robbery becomes legal. Absolute shit show.

⚠️ Scam Company – Unauthorized Charges, Avoid at All Costs!
This company is nothing but a scam. They have been charging me every single month without my permission for a so-called “rewards” membership that I never signed up for. Over a long period of time, they have stolen around £250 from me for absolutely nothing.
I never gave them my bank details, yet they managed to take money directly from my account month after month. This is fraudulent behavior and completely unacceptable.
If you find yourself in the same situation, stay away from this company immediately. Close and change your bank card, and contact your bank’s fraud team as soon as possible to stop further charges.
Companies like this should not be allowed to operate. I am pursuing a full refund and reporting this to the authorities.

I noticed money being taken out of my account by nextexpressrewards for the past 6 months but due to being ill I did not realise. I am not aware of signing up to any subscription. I purchased a National Express ticket for my sister in October and I realise it is around this time it started. This is a scam and I am can assure you that me and my relatives will not be using National Express anymore because their website cannot be trusted.

I recently discovered that I was signed up for NxRewards without ever registering. I have no idea how they obtained my details, and I was charged without my consent. When I contacted customer support, there was no clear explanation, and I had to request a refund. This feels like a misleading practice, and I would advise others to check their accounts carefully

Scam company. I did not knowingly sign up to this! I do not see how this is legal.

I am really discussed and shocked! How dare they take money from my account without my authorisation. I also blame National express company that allow this scumers to do this doggy acts under their name!
I will complain directly to National express too.
I called this scumers two years ago and complained and now they are up to their dirty job. I will report them to trading standards and I hope all people affected by this scumers should do the same.

natexpessrewards.com is a total scam. They took £15 without clear indication on their website about these monthly fees. I am going to write a complaint about the ADR scheme.

I have never seen such disgusting behavior before. I accidentally checked my bank card subscription today and came across this inexplicable subscription and was outraged to see that other people had the same experience. I only took the bus last Christmas because the trains were not running, which is the only time I've ever taken a bus in England, and I've been paying them 15 pounds every month since then until today. This is the same as a robbery

I didn't even know i subscribed for it and they took £15 per month and i tried to cancel that but they didn't respond so i did from my bank

Absolutely dreadful. They are still taking money from my account even after I cancelled it. I'm not even sure how I got fooled into signing up for this fraudulent method of allowing money to be taken from my bank account. They need to be stopped as I'm sure many people are poorer as a result of this shoddy business practice.

They are thieves. Money grabbing through a scam. I am disgusted that they target the poorest in society who travel by coach since they cant afford a train. I am a student and I don’t want to waste time where i could be learning. I am sure the next day will be spent speaking to someone who is trained to make it as difficult to get a refund as possible.
