A very good experience at this jewellers. Nothing is too much trouble for them and the lady behind the counter is excellent!
Will definitely be using them for from now on. It is nice to find a traditional jewellers that concentrates on brilliant customer service and selling jewellery not handbags and the like! After all its a jewellers not a department store.

Excellent service yet again .Nathan and Chloe are really obliging and very professional . I won’t be going anywhere else to have my jewellery repaired or to buy jewellery , real jewellers who help with any query or repair.

I would highly recommend this wonderful independent jewellery store. The staff are very professional & knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble. They sell a wide range of good quality items to suit all tastes & budgets, with no pressure to buy. Definitely service with a smile & the sales advisor went out of their way to accommodate my requests. I look forward to my next visit.

Me and my mum Came for a forever linked welded bracelet and the staff were so friendly and made me feel at ease. Really good prices, and fantastic after care. Wouldn’t go to any other jewellers now!

Amazing experience with Nathaniels Jewellers when I visited for my forever linked anklet. Nothing was too much hassle, answered any questions I had. Customer service is second to none, I would definitely recommend.

Poor craftmanship on a new clasp fitted on a new chain. When I complained was told the jeweller had been doing this for a long time. Maybe he should of learnt off his dad more before going on his own. If the two members of staff spent less time in the shop across the road, maybe customer service and skill level might improve. Had to take to the better jeweller of the family, typical bosses son syndrome, thinks hes better than he is! When I took it to the other jeweller was informed I had been massively overcharged for the work done. Stay well clear!

I ordered online so I could pick up my order instore it was quick,easy and very convenient there is plenty of choice to choose from which I think is what the customer wants will definitely use Nathanials again thankyou.
