Initially responsive, then ghosted!
They were incredibly responsive and helpful while trying to get me as a customer.
Since the claims process has started, I have sent multiple messages on their online hub asking for an update, to receive no answer. The medical claim remains open/unresolved as far as I'm aware, but there's not timeline or expectations of how this goes.
I would recommend going elsewhere due to customer service. Even if their back end legal team is good, what use is that if you don't know?

I’m honestly delighted with the outcome. The case dragged on for three years due to the opposition’s slow pace but Dayna relentlessly pursued it without my prompting. Throughout the entire process, I never asked for updates as she would always provide them. Initially, they offered a low sum and Dayna insisted on sticking to her valuation. After three offers, we finally secured the amount we originally requested. Her customer service is impeccable and I hope anyone fortunate enough to have her will experience the same success I did.
