Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 455 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently found the apps and websites difficult to use and navigate, often describing them as a shambles or useless. Many people are dissatisfied with the revised prize structure, considering the lower prize amounts and overall value for money to be an insult. Some people were dissatisfied with frequent technical issues, including persistent errors, downtime, and problems accessing their accounts. Reviewers also struggled with disorganized layouts, making it hard to check tickets or find information. The 'two chances to win' feature is often seen as a worthless stunt, with many feeling the overall odds of winning anything substantial are very low.

App got worse, now can't login. Great my money is lost.

The new owners camt run n app thay works easily. I have given up trying to login. And when I was logged in, just after Allwyn (or all lose or whoever) took over all my multiple week tickets wer all out of order so I could work out when it was going to run out amd I would have to buy a new set of tickets. They didnt respond to my complaints regarding a potentially mossed prize (which they promise to contact you about "never miss a prize" when playing online.... Yet they cant prove to me that I won and they tried contacted. Cambling commision reply essentially said they cant force them to release data theu dont hold anymore yet wont hold the Allwyn accountable for not keeping the data for longer for audit purposes. To me it seems disoragnised and so no longer convenient or easy or confidence inspiring. I simply wont play anymore.

Total rubbish now

Total rubbish now. I get an email saying I have won a small prize. Whoopee, a £1.00
Prizes now are terrible. I canceled my online account, and so will many more.

Change it back to a game worth playing, as quite frankly it's not worth a sh - t

The new lottery game is a joke.

The new lottery game is a joke, yes two chances to win but your not winning what you were before,I won £10 for three numbers tonight, the old draw was £30,they are putting a spin on having two draws for the price of one,I have won £1 yes £1 three times, honestly they need to look at themselves and who decided on this format, well sack them.

'two chances lotto' is worthless

This new 'two chances lotto' is a worthless PR stunt. You're lucky if you win £1:00!! If you are going to do something worthwhile then bring back the opportunity to win £20,000 supplementary prizes that used to be offered in the earlier days

Dysfunctional

The most dysfunctional app I’ve interacted with. Customer service a total waste of time. Trying to navigate through the various options a farce .I literally cannot give my money away.

I would of given this new lottery a…

I would of given this new lottery a minus - star if I could becouse its absolutely rubbish. Allwyn who thought this was a good idea need their heads banged together to try and make them see sense. Its RUBBISH we don't want 2 bloody lines and less money. 3 numbers for a tenner is crap people spend a tenner on the lottery in a week so they're only getting their money back atleast before if you got 3 numbers you had alittle extra to smile about with 30 quid. And to take the lucky dip away and pay a pound is diabolical what the **** you going to do with a pound you morons. Hardly worth the effort cashing it in. And the rest, if you don't win a million, is just s**t not even a roll down anymore either what a joke you clowns. It definitely feels like a scam now to generate more money for some executives somewhere. I mean why change something that was working perfectly fine unless it's to benefit themselves. I really hope people stop playing this crap and play another one instead untill the morons put it back to how it was when it felt worthy of playing. Just feels crap and underwhelming now.

The new lotto is awful

The new lotto is awful, the prizes are crap, I got 2 numbers and if you think I’m going back to the shop to cash in £1 definitely not, but they probably know people won’t do that.

Revised lower prizes an insult.

I think the revised prize is an insult for the lower prizes, £1 for matching 2 numbers when the ticket price is £2. I know they say there are 2 chances of winning but one would have thought keep the prizes at the same level. The new platform is not as user friendly plus there was no reminder my ticket had finished I therefore missed a game which may have been a bonus.

Go back to what you did well in the first place.! Why change something if its not broken.? I , alongside so many others will be cancelling my online account. For the last three weeks I have won £1 for matching 2 numbers. Not exciting anymore.

It is less painful pulling teeth

It is less painful pulling out my own teeth than it is updating new debit card details on this app. The good thing is it means as the local shop's lottery is suspended (yet again) and I can't input new debit card details, I can stop a bad habit of buying lottery tickets. Hate the prize money being shared on £3 prizes anyway!

Online account for years....but no more

I have had an online lotto account for some time. Every so often I place a few quid on there. I cannot do this anymore because Allwyn have decided I am not in the UK or Isle of Man. Since when did Sussex become overseas?
Also, my local cornershop has given up their Lotto machine, and tell me that many other small retailers are following suit due to very poor reward of 5p for each ticket sold. It's not worth the hassle.

I've played the lottery from day one

I've played the lottery from day one. I've had a few small wins. The most was over £700 several years ago for four numbers, but now it's down to £50. I think this is absolutely ridiculous. And a £1 win , i mean come on whats that about ? . Get the finger out lottery , im sure alot of people will stop playing now , im one of those people .

New lotto changes make the game not…

New lotto changes make the game not worth playing. Odds were bad enough before, but reducing prize money for the prizes that you are only likely to win is pathetic. Every lotto operator does the same thing. They either reduce the likelihood of winning by adding more numbers or reduce the payout for smaller wins.

All the propaganda over the 2 goes for…

All the propaganda over the 2 goes for £2 is a total scam -the winning prize for 3 numbers has been reduced by £20 to £10 and instead of a Lucky Dip for 2 numbers you win £1 half the cost of a lucky dip ticket

That’s me OUT

I won’t be playing under these new rules
2 goes now Wow still the odds of winning are ridiculous and you don’t get the stake back so in reality for getting 3 numbers which isn’t easy is £8 !!!!!

The government as usual do nothing to help anyone getting conned in this country

Since changing from Camelot the lottery…

Since changing from Camelot the lottery has gone downhill fast. What lottery ever has a prize tier of less than the cost of a ticket ! Not even a lucky dip now. Pure greed on the new operators part and I'll be avoiding it in the future. Omaze seems a better bet now or Postcode Lottery.

New lotto is a total con

New lotto is a total con! 2 chances of winning less? The prize pot should be shared out! Who needs more than a million pounds to change their lives? If I hadn’t had the same numbers since it started I wouldn’t be doing it anymore!
