Suzanne Carmichael of National Residential has been one of the best people I have ever dealt with in my 18 years in the property business.
She is so patient, knowledgeable, and persistent which is what you need to progress a sale the quickest possible way.

I have just sold another ex-rental flat through National Residential. It was a difficult sale which took months involving a simultaneous lease extension. There were all sorts of problems and hiccups along the way and I don’t think I would have coped without the support of Suzanne Carmichael the Sales Progressor from National Residential. She was absolutely brilliant, sorting out difficulties with efficiency and good humour well beyond the call of duty. She really had a difficult job with this flat and I can’t think that many people would have managed to keep all the various people on board and moving in the same direction under the circumstances. I cannot praise her enough.

National Residential and would not hesitate to use them again.

National residential handled everything to do with the sale of the property. Unfortunately it all took rather longer than expected but this was outside our control. Once everything was in place the sale was completed and money transferred in a timely manner. At every stage there was good contact with National Residental. Using National Residental certainly reduced the work and stress involved in the sale.

All doubts was cleared as soon as they can.
Phone conversations were always polite and helpful.
When there was a problem ( tenant couldn't move out ).... The agency followed it and managed well.

This company is fraud , they forced me to pay 1% deposit to accept the offer before any paper work, property found got Japanese Knot weed, when I book the survey from Japanese knot week experts they denied access to the property , they behave like cowboys specially a guy named Tom , I asked to refund my 1% deposit £4225 , they denied and fraudulently digested my £4225.

The National Reaidential estate agent company is the most sophisticated fraud company of 21st century , they run their online bidding and chase like anything 24x7 to emotionally blackmail and take your money fraudenlently and never returns if anything goes wrong with property .

They gave me lots of stress and made me depressed then I suffer a lot with stress.

The property they offered me and never get the purchase done was in Eastham (44 Skeffington road,London, E6 2NB).

Their response when I booked survey was this one I received on 24/01/2019 and then never refund my deposit.

“Hi Mr Abdul, please cancel your survey. You do not have any agreement or authorisation to access the property or its grounds for any survey. We are discussing this matter with the seller and our solicitors and we may contact you in due course. Many thanks, Rachael”

Hence , I request all the buyers and sellers to avoid gettting trapped in National residentials properties , please never ever deal with this company .

NR offered us a sale price higher than the agents we were with had offered and it sounded like a "can't lose" situation. Obviously, we went with them to find three weeks later that, having had no offers, they decided to do some homework and find out how much the property is actually worth (which we had thought, as "professionals" that they would have had done already!). Having wasted a few weeks since leaving our previous agents, we now find ourselves in the embarrassing position of having to go back to the original agents (who National Residential had the gall to say they would never recommend!) and have an on-line footprint of the property having been on the market for more than we shall have to put it on for now. They sound like a great idea but BEWARE.

After trying with multiple estate agents we finally tried NR! They sold the property first time and were helpful and professional throughout the sale. They were on top of it at all times and left me feeling in good hands with less stress! Would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a straight forward sale of their property
