I never called them for a $50,000 hardship program

I have nothing to say. The one star review speaks for itself.

Today (3.24.2022) it was necessary to reach out to National Advisors Group to obtain a copy of a Home Owner's Insurance policy that was requested last week but not yet delivered to us the Lender. As happy as I could be with the amazing, prompt, reliable communication and feedback I've gotten since 2019 in arranging home and auto insurance policies! The customer representatives also contact me on their own when they find savings with a different carrier for the same coverage! Proactive, considerate, and smart.

I have gone around the block a few times, this last trip I was well prepared; National Advisors Group earned my trust. they are well organized and work with some fine insurers.

I needed coverage for my two condos, in Colorado and in New York City, and for my significant art collections in both locations. Holly did a great job understanding my specific needs and obtained multiple quotes, one of which perfectly matched my situation. She promptly answered all my questions and walked me through each step of the process at the proper pace. I am very pleased to now have the proper coverage in place for all of my insurance needs at a fair price. I highly recommend Holly and National Advisors Group.

There were some minor errors in initial application that had to be corrected; however

Discussed with Ross Lundberg the need for revisiting my policy details, spoke with him twice and twice he said he no longer handles my account changes and he would forward the info on. 3 weeks have passed and no contact from the company. For the heavy premiums I'm paying, would expect much better service.

Found cheaper home owners policies even in Texas. They can handle multiple states. Very friendly and easy to work with. Thanks

My unique policy was cancelled by another carrier. I called Guy and he was able to identify a replacement policy at a better price.
