I received my meds for my dog somewhat quickly, however not as quickly as promised. I would use this service again.

I need to give my dog Percorten-V every month and it is expensive, but National Animal Hospital has the best price anywhere.

Called for refill on my dogs medicine and it was sent immediately to my vet and I had my dog's pills in a week. My golden retriever needs her pills for her arthritis and this keeps an old dog bounding through the snow drifts!

Today is March 1, 2015. I mailed my prescription February 17, 2015. I sent email asking to be notified when you received my prescription and have yet to receive an email back. I called this past week and was informed that you have not yet received my prescription.

I do not have any medication for my pets and when I spoke to someone at your pharmacy, was instructed to go to my vet to purchase a 10 day supply to use until I receive my meds. That is not acceptable. I understand that you do not accept faxed prescriptions, but if you could at least confirm that my vet did write a prescription and send the meds, I would have meds for my pets & you would receive the prescription whenever the mail gets to you. I do not feel that customers should be penalized for the extended time it takes for mail to reach you.

I paid extra to have my meds shipped to me within 3-5 days, and that money is not going to facilitate me receiving my medications as needed.

Ordered medications for my dog's arthritis and had good experience, easier if vet just faxes Rx rather than mail it to them. Overall good experience.

I order my dogs medication here all the time. I have never had a problem with any order. The site is easy to use. Finding what you need is simple. I have search around to all the other so called low price places to get pet medication, but none compare to Nation Animal Hospital. I would, and have recommended them to my family and friends.

I am the happy owner of 2 Cavalier King Charles spaniels, one of whom is 14 years young. She is arthritic and has heart disease also. Some of her meds are prescribed by her long time vet and others by her cardiologist. Not only does NAH contact her docs for renewals, their prices are great and service is impeccable. I would recommend them to anyone with confidence!

I am very happy with the service and the products. I know this company will give a fair price compared to well-known and well-publicized websites for Pet medications. It can get very expensive keeping geriatric pets comfortable, and medical issues under control - e.g. seizures. I don't need or want to pay for advertising.

Service, speed of delivery, quality of product, and price... I definitely recommend this company for vet prescriptions.

Brought Rascal to CVS in very bad condition. We thought he was going to die. Our regular vet could not help him or even tell us ehat was wrong. CVS immediately put him into intensive care, and subsequently discovered that he had ingested RAT poison.
It was touch and go for a while, but after beginning him on the anti-dote, vitamin K, and tranfused blood, he slowly began to come out of of it, and is now almost back to normal.

I have had very good service from AMH in ordering meds for one of my dogs. Website is easy to use and ordering and receiving my orders on time and with accuracy has been excellent.

Have dealt with the company even under it's former name Pets n More. The only thing I wish were possible is if we could fax the copy of the script. Waiting for the US mail service in our neck of the woods is tedious. I also wish you could lower your "free shipping" threshold to $75. Most of what I need to order falls just under $100 and it's a little frustrating, especially for the size of the package that eventually arrives. Any thoughts on lowering the $ requirement? Ordered a prescription product for one of my dogs- they verified with my vet which more convenient for me as I live 30 minutes from her. Medicine came promptly as was exactly as described- a great price compared to other places. I researched prices as I rescue dogs and have many fosters and several of my own, so saving money for quality products is important to me.

I've used NAH for a while now, both under this name and their previous name. I've never had problems that they have caused, my problems have always been on this end, with my vet not responding to their requests for approval to purchase the medicine.

I get contacted by NAH saying they've requested approval, then again that they still don't have approval. I then contact my vet and finally they will approve it and then NAH ships the same or next day (I have gotten smarter and now call my vet immediately after placing my order telling them they will receive a fax request shortly - this seems to work well).

I will continue to use NAH as their prices are good and I can trust them to take care of me and my dog.

i went in as emergency, and all couldnt be better , very satisfied.
