L used 1 of their ATMs but my money never git ti my wallet. I called and git the message ti send an email with details and someone will het back to you which I did several times and it has almost 2 months and no response. You can not get aa live person

The ATM took my money, gave me a receipt and did not send me the coin.

I put in a support ticket and they had me create a new wallet in Exodus and send them that wallet information.

After doing so, a day later the are asking for my wallet information AGAIN.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND THEY PLAY GAMES WITH YOU.

Had I known these pieces of crap would confiscate my money, I'd of used a bank ACH withdrawal which would have been free and much faster.

Instead, I payed an exorbitant amount to wind up having my money stolen (at least temporarily) and them playing games with me.

You'd think after a screw up like this they'd be on it working hard to fix it. Nope, they just ignore their emails then request the same information the customer already sent them and take their sweet time doing it.

They are so relaxed about screwing you over, too. They literally couldn't care less the consequences of what they are doing to you...

On Oct 19th, 2024 I had reached out to their cupport team in regards to 2 transactions that never were recived. I was told it can take upto 14 days from the day I had reached out to them and to this day I have been given a runaround. They have been telling me their developers are working on transferring my funds and it's now been over 1 month. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY CHARGE YOU 20 TIMES HIGER THEN THE VALUE OF BITCOIN. I NEED MY MONEY AND I WILL NOT STOP UNTILL I HAVE RECIVED IT.

Avoid National bitcoin ATMs because they will take your money and not credit your wallet and if you email them, you’ll get automatic reply. It’s been over one week now I have not got my coin in my wallet even though they kept telling me to monitor my wallet. EVERYONE BE CAREFUL, they are doing it intentionally. Don’t use their machine ever again.

They up the exchange rate more than 25% which is unfathomable. Guarantee they only prey on fist time customers cause nobody in their right mind would ever use their service again.

i can only give them 1 star and say lesson learned I did a deposit of 80 dollars was then told I would get 62 that is fine 18 dollar fee is fine my issue is its been 12 hours and still no bitcoin. I was told network is a little slow what the heck am I paying 18 dollars for then.
