Robert was quick to provide us a pallette of instruments to achieve our goals and share the pros and cons of each without pushing us into any corner. He helped us navigate a few complexities at year end to get things done on a timeframe that was a win for everyone. Rates on the instruments were understandably higher than traditional bank/SBA, as to be expected with alternative lending. But the speed, ease, and communication makes up for that for us to be able to foot our growth.
