We signed up for Nat Geo using our Roku account and cannot view most of the programs.
We get an error message that says -
error Unable to Get Playable URL.
Tried to contact Nat Geo for help but this is impossible as all you get is many many options which are not linked to this problem.
So we cancelled the monthly payment renewal option. We love watching Nat Geo but this level of customer focus is a waste of time.
Just be aware Nat Geo customer service is not fit for purpose
We have paid our first months instalment via Roku and cannot get a refund (so it seems) so do not waste your money here.
