Excellent shopping experience here, ordered from several hydro shops previously and this is the best I've used so far. As I spent over £50 I got free delivery and it arrived the very next morning. All the items were fine. Communication was perfect, in fact I've never known any company ever to communicate so well!! Also I received some generous freebies, most notably a silica additive which has been useful. One very minor negative was that some of the smaller items (buckets, jugs) were out of stock but they were really quick to notify me and offer alternatives which worked well. Also it would be nice to see less plastic packaging and more sustainable materials instead but at the same time I appreciate the efforts the shop went to to protect the fragile items as it would be worse for the environment if they were to arrive broken.

Bought some ducting,

I can’t speak highly enough of the team. I made a large order (which was very well packaged but damaged by the courier) and the customer service was top notch.
The large pots and trays were very sturdy and good quality and a great price.
Super friend, quickly resolved would 100% use them again.

Really quick delivery and fantastic customer service - they responded to my query immediately! The only reason I have given 4 and not 5 stars is that my delivery turned out to be a substitution due to a stock issue and only time will tell whether it lives up to my original order!

The chap on the phone who dealt with my order! Proper service. Thank you so much. I had trouble ordering online, phoned them direct, got a smashing fella on the phone who knew exactly what he was talking about and who sorted everything out. Lamps arrived well packaged. 10 our of 10. Highly recommend this company. Cheaper than amazon too!
