You will be be offered undervalue sales price
I received a letter through the post as I am looking to sell my home. They must have seen the sale through the various differant housing selling websites.
I called them up and they were straight to the point. No hidden agenda other than to give you a cash sale price.
There business model has to make money therefore you will never get the actual price of your home however if you need quick cash, it could work for you.
My home is valued in excess of £125K were as they offered me between £100-105k.
If you go with this company, you will have to accept that you will sell at a loss, but everyones situation is differant and it might be what you need.

We received the letter and thought this is "we buy any car" but for homes, but worth a call. Sadly, I was right!
Our home is valued at £375-£395k, and the said they'd offer £300-£319k!

Thank you for the review, we take all reviews very seriously and we have managed to listen to the call you had with a member of our purchasing team and the figure quoted was a very approximate figure and does depend heavily on condition and location of the property, we did then ask if you would like for us to carry out a valuation and provide a formal offer to purchase which you declined, we can only provide an accurate offer to purchase when we have carried out this process. we do always state on initial phone calls that the service we offer is not for everyone and that we are unable to offer market prices due to the extra burden of increased stamp duty, solicitors, surveys etc, however we do everything we can to offer the highest possible price for each and every property that we are offered.
Obviously we do wish you the best of luck with your sale on the open market and of course if your situation changes we would be delighted to assist you in the future.
