National Nutrition is best for natural supplements, i found them through their catalogue delivered in canada post community mailbox and been using them for over a year now. Great natural products at best price and much better than drug stores like Shoppers drug mart. Have all top brands like Jamieson and first order and pick up at Barrie warehouse met one associate who gave me best male libido and testerone boost natural medicine, vigor force, ever. Definitely recommend this online natural supplement retailer and they have huge warehouses for pick up in Barrie and Orillia but can have delivery at good delivery price too!! Best all round. It is always easy to shop on the NN site. And if I do have to call because I want a different bonus or something, it is always quick and easy. In addition, I would like to put in a good word for Canada Post. I have sometimes had my order delivered the very next day. I live in Montreal and NN is in Barrie, Ontario.

I came to Trustpilot to see if there were any other customers who had the same experience as mine with National Nutrition and found there are a few people who said they had items missing in orders received and were then prevented from shopping on the site again. I have shopped with NN for quite a few years, with no issues. However, the last order had a missing item worth around $8 and although I was issued a refund, they have blocked me from the site. They did not advise me of this until I tried to return something from the last order and was told that management would contact me as they could not email the return label. The same day, I tried to purchase just under $100 worth of items and the message came up that I needed to contact Customer Service. I called several times and no one picked up the phone. So, I used Chat and was told that someone would call me back in 5 to 7 minutes. When no one called me half an hour later, I went back to Chat and was told "your account is not active, mgmt. will be contacting you" and then the agent ended the chat. I even emailed the owner and no response. To NN: Stop blaming customers for your mistakes. As well, you have no right to deny a return when your website clearly states that you allow returns within 60 days. You need to honour your return policy, even if you want to prevent a customer from shopping on your site in the future.

This is such a user-friendly website. I can find anything I need to look up just by putting the item or category into the search bar. There is rarely an issue with products being out-of-stock. The helpful and courteous staff will let you know if an item is on back-order; if that is the case a notice will be posted to let you know when an item is back in stock. Excellent service.
