Neil Shepherd, Account Manager bas been excellent. He has been efficient and professional throughout our communication. Even after (reasons not either my own or Neil's doing) we could not complete on a deal, Neil has continued to offer support and professional direction to me. He's very personable and I feel genuinely wanted to help me. I will absolutely work with Neil again.

V. quick response - an issue cropped up due to the fact the switch was being done for a non trading company but they quickly providing an alternative solution, so overall very happy with the service and would recommend.

Neil contacted us to see whether he could reduce our utilities bill at our office. Once we supplied the information to him he sourced various options for us to choose. The savings were quite considerable with our electric, not so much for the gas, but either way savings were made. There were no hard sell or multiple calls it was handled via email. There is another comment re spam emails. This is even more serious. Not only are they apparently sending unwanted emails to individuals, they are apparently not complying with the disclosure requirements of The Company, Limited Liability Partnership and Business (Names and Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2015. Not only does this render the company and the individual sender liable to a fine, but it also means that a judge may order that they cannot pursue or defend a claim in the courts that relies on these emails as evidence.
