Great friendly staff and great performances
Great friendly staff, reasonably priced if you plan ahead, and excellent performances. I’ve been 5 times this year alone, and they’ve been very easy to deal with each time. Recommended.

Masks! What Masks!!!!! COVID! What COVID??
Having attended The Normal Heart at the National, a story about the unfolding of the AIDS epidemic ... as we exit (hopefully) the COVID pandemic ... I was astounded to see the lack of "mask offerings" by the audience. History repeating itself???
Although masks are "recommended", over 50% of the audience did not comply.
Selfish? Naïve? Ignorant?
Having lost to COVID suffocation both of my parents it is hard to accept the National not at least TRYING to encourage the wearing of masks. There was one announcement that I heard ... nothing more.
I supported the theatre during lockdown. Now I wonder why.
Waiting for the NHS "ping".
PS - The play was TERRIFIC!!!
