National Web Designers Reviews 

I wrote a review for these a couple of years ago which was very thorough however Trust pilot removed it even though it wasn’t abusive it was just honest. These are total scammers, i was under a lot of stress anyway at the time so didn’t have my eyes wide open but was trying to get my website done by these guys. I ended up getting ripped off for just under £1000. They even tried to blackmail me into giving them my email passwords! I tried to take them to small claims but their address doesn’t actually exist.

Utterly despicable company, completely un trustworthy. I paid to have my Website made a year ago, yet I can honestly count on both hands the amount of days it actually worked. They stopped returning my calls, emails and messages amd even refused me access to my Website despite asking for log in Details many times. I have now had to get my domain provider to shut my Website down as i had no other option.
I paid them £1000 in total for this website dispite the fact it was only meant to be £550. This whole year has been extremely stressful because of this company and i have now lost something i put my heart and soul into. They are complete scamers who clearly make a carer out of ripping of unsuspecting customers.
I advice anyone considering this company to go somewhere else. Totall scamers with no morals or conscience. Stear clear of national Web designers / EZ online shop Ltd aka Steve Joseph

Scammers and Scumbags!
Ended up losing £600 for a website that only lasted a 1-year.
They have ditched “National Website Designers” and are going under a new name:
EZ ONLINE SHOP” Professional Website Design Company” same scumbags!

Had very limited knowledge of website design, so needed help for them to create me a simple website, put it online.
After discussing the process with me, I submitted designs, logo, text and domine name etc.
I specifically asked whether this was the TOTAL cost, which was confirmed and I had complete control of the website and 2-year registered domain name.

But then once website was near finished, they demanded more money from me for something called Hosting?..... that had never been discussed prior.
The additional cost was £600 for 3-years this was the cheapest option! Double the cost of the website. If I had known that, I would never have started the project with them in the first place.

I demanded a full refund or the files to my website, which they declined. We settled on £300 for 3-years hosting (to put your site on the web, basically)

Lasted 1-year: Problem after problem
• Offline multiple times
• Changed email provider, didn’t informing me-getting no emails!
• Changed company name- didn’t informing me!
• Can only contact them through WhatsApp!
• No Phone number or contact details?
• No customer Service
• Only take payment via Bank Transfer? (Red Flag)

After 1-year, website goes offline. When I asked them to look into it, I’m informed Domain Name needs renewing @ £125 for 2-years.
Discovered they had only registered the Domain Name for 1-year and not 2 which I had paid for! (probably got that 1st year free anyway)

When I showed them a copy of the invoice, said they would renew it, surprise, surprise, has not been renewed, now getting no response from them!!!!
I can’t renew it, as they have registered it.

Scammers. Avoid at all costs!!!

Never ever use this company. It’s starts off all great at a reasonable price. They promise you 3 months and it will be completed yet they demand and hound you for more money to have the website completed. They take your money don’t complete your website and then ignore you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Scammers! Similar happened to me as review Danni gave. Ended up loosing £270 to this company with nothing in return. I was very honest during inital phone call, that my IT knowledge is very limited , so needed help for them to create me a simple website, put it online, and make it so that people will actually find it. I specifically asked wether the £270 was the TOTAL cost, which was confirmed to me. National web designers was great to work with! They did an incredible job. They created our website and It looks fantastic. We are very happy with them.
