Grumpy fitter and no respect for other peoples vehicles
The main reception gentlemen was very helpful but the engineer was very rude and grumpy he came out complaining of all the cars in the car park they had to fix we also received our vehicle back with all the boxes in the back of the van tipped over and strewn across the back suggesting very hard acceleration which our fleet vehicle tracker did indeed confirm

Replacement Windscreen.
Original date was missed, due to running out of time for fitter. When windscreen fitted nearly a week later, the corner trim passenger side was missing. Not impressed at all. If there was a zero stars awarded I would have chosen that option.

I had an appointment made which was…
I had an appointment made which was fine. A few days later I was contacted to say it could be completed earlier if I woukd like. I agreed a new date. Due to not being sure of the time as the message said between 0800 and 0830, 5he web site said 0830 and 0900 and I had been told 11.00 previously I decided to call in as I was nearby the day before. I was then told it was not due on the revised date. Also it could not be done as the guy doing it would be still on holiday. His first day back was also fully booked. Hence the next day was agreed. However the calibration was not able to be done on that day as the "board" had been moved to another site which shared it. I was then told I would be contacted with a new date for calibration, which I duly was and work completed.
I would say that I appreciate this site had apparently just been taken over and this may have been the problem. I would also say I was very pleased with the staff and their attitude and communication once this were sorted.

Disappointing
Whilst the actual repair was great, I was disappointed that I had paid for a technician to attend my property and repair my windscreen to then be contacted the morning of the appointment and advised it had been booked wrong and required two man job and to bring my vehicle to the colchester centre. This then meant I used up petrol to get there and had to wait in the waiting room for over two hours.
